Downtown Unit Sleeps 4 Private, Roomy, walking distance to everything, dogs ok

Great location in walking distance of everything. Small downside was that being so close to downtown restaurants means the apartment was a little loud, particularly during garbage pick up.

Great apartment with all necessities amenities. Close to many great restaurants and the hotsprings. Parking was pretty easy on the street right outside. Would definitely like to stay here again and highly recommended!!

great spot. i think saying 4 guests is a bit of a stretch. and the full bed i think could be a queen. but overall very nice stay. good amenities. good location

The apartment was clean and in a very good location. Everything is within walking distance, very welcoming.

Everything was perfect. Great location. The place came with a full kitchen and we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner.

Amongst a number of excellent aspects of this rental, the location to all the prime establishments in Glennwood Springs was such a plus!

It is a really lovely and quaint place in an amazing location. The kitchen was well equipped, communication was wonderful! The only strange thing that happened was that in the middle of the night a lamp in the living room broke. I imagine that this was due to a temperature and pressure change. I highly recommend this place!

Though the property was amazing, the noise level was extreme. My friend is well traveled. He said the only place he had stayed that was more disturbed by noise at night was NY city. Though this isn’t the fault of the property, it was still very disturbing. In the end, we all need to sleep.

We loved this property. It was unique and as much as we hoped for location. We walked to the hot springs, meals and hikes. So much space too.

Clean, laundry machine was nice to have

Every review talks about the location and they are absolutely correct. We walked everywhere- to breakfast, to dinner , to the hot springs, the historical museum, to Linwood Cemetery where Doc Holiday is buried. The Fairy Caves and Iron Mtn hot springs are a short drive away.The apartment is cozy, clean and cute. The kitchen is well stocked w pots, pans, dishes and spices. Loved the building w the higher ceilings and tall windows. Only downside is the alley where trash is picked up from the many nearby restaurants happens at least 3 times a week and they’re right off the bedroom BUT that’s why I always carry earplugs!We live just up- valley from Glenwood and chose this place bc of it close proximity to the hospital where my husband was having treatments. Have only gone to the hot springs in the past but this is definitely a staycation for those visiting.

This charming apartment is in the perfect location: Close to dining, shopping, and, most importantly, lounging in the hot springs pool!

Clean, comfortable and great location.

This property was a great place to stay for the week. We could easily walk to dinner and shopping. We loved having a laundry after doing several days of hiking. It was clean and provided everything plus more. Host had a fan, extra beach towels, and games. It’s those small touches that mean a lot to travelers. Note: Alley and street can be noisy. Several days it was 6:15AM when trash and delivery trucks were outside.

The location was great! Easy walk around Glenwood Springs.

We had such a great time on our quick trip to Glenwood, and absolutely love this property. It’s central, well equipped and so very comfortable. The information received and the communication with the property manager was excellent. We stay here any time we get a chance and will definitely book this property again!

Great stay and location. However rather noisy on Friday and Sunday nights due to downtown club music and late night trash collection.

We booked our stay for the entire month of February.The one bedroom apartment in downtown Glenwood was very comfortable and convienient to restaurants and the Hotsprings[walking distance]. Dealing with the property manager and owners was great.They were very helpful in responding to any questions we had.We highly recommend this property.

Great place in the heart of Glenwood springs. We walked to plenty of places to eat and enjoyed the quick and easy drive to snowmass. We would love to come back

The apartment was beautiful and very large, with a lovely kitchen we frequently cooked in. The location and proximity to local attractions was great. I'm 100% looking to come back to this place next time I'm in Glenwood Springs!

This apartment is in a great location-close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is in walking distance-but not in the winter. Our host was fantastic. We had issues with the lock, and unfortunately I had to contact her at 11:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve! She automatically solved this issue and didn't even sound like she was annoyed (LOL). We had a great time!

Was a very pleasant stay!

The place was great. We love the location and the amenities. Unfortunately there was very loud partying/nightclub noise coming from across the alley into the wee hours of the night. Fortunately earplugs helped and the provision of a white noise machine shows dedication to accommodating to your guests.

Cute place, comfy bed, right near restaurants and the bridge to the hot springs. We had a great stay. Was pretty noisy at night with the restaurants but we just turned a fan on and it was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and our friend enjoyed this apartment for our weekend away. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The apartment is lovely, with period brick walls and nice furnishings. A helpful information book about shops and things to do in Glenwood Springs. Unless a trip out of town is desired, a car is not necessary. Great restaurants of all types, a lively farmers' market on Tuesdays, outside music on several afternoons. Desiree responded quickly. Would stay again.

Five stars all the way! Super clean and well appointed. We parked our car in the free garage a couple blocks away and left it for 3 days. Everything is in walking distance!

Quite literally, this Vrbo is located in the beating heart in Glenwood Springs! We had such a blast being able to visit all the local restaurants and even got to see some live bands! It’s in a super convenient spot and parking is easy enough too. But having everything in walking distance was a super great plus! As someone had mentioned in another review, you are RIGHT next to a bar. With the window AC units, there’s not much noise blocking and the bar happens to be open and playing music until about 2 a.m. so if you are a light sleeper, we recommend keeping the ac unit on and wearing earplugs. The only other thing is if you get headaches easily, it’s probably better to bring your own pillow, the ones provided are really nice, but a little too fluffy for my husband and I. The sheets were SO soft!! We also enjoyed the convenience of cooking and using the fridge/freezer as well! Overall it was a super great stay! Thank you so much!!
