Stayed Dec 9, 2025Everything went well during our second stay here, the first one done via the other platform. Extending our stay with the other platform was way easier and simpler than through here, which forced us to book another stay instead of simply extending it. Host was very gracious and understanding about that. I recommend this house and host, but not this platform.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025What a location! Right in the heart of Delaware, you can walk to everything! This place is brand new, super clean, and ready for whatever you have planned. Super high ceiling (like 15 feet) makes it feel even more spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. Be aware that it’s up a couple of flights of stairs, but it’s totally worth it for the prime location (and I’m saying that with three kids—and my almost due pregnant wife agrees). We will definitely stay here again, we loved it.The host was super communicative, quick to respond and helpful, check in/out was so easy and nice.
