Downtown lovely retreat...

The location in Estes Park is great. Overall the property was accurately described with some exceptions. The unit is pretty dark since it is a below grade unit. You can't really open the shades without people walking by being able to look right in. The biggest problem is overhead noise from the above unit. It is really loud. There is even a sign in the unit saying if the noise is a problem to text a number they gave. We did that but got no response whatever. Also the TV in the living room didn't log in at all to the wifi as directed in the instructions. The bedroom one worked. Parking for sure can be an issue but there is additional parking across the street.

Our stay was amazing! The place was very cozy and clean! It had everything we needed and was so close to downtown Estes that we could walk to almost everything. We had about 5 elk walk right past our room while we stayed and it was so fun to watch them!

Property was nice upon arrival. Room was very nice and clean. It snowed the second day we were there nobody made an attempt to do any kind of snow removal. I personally had to shovel the stairs side walks and parking areas. I do not feel I should have had to do this, the property manager should have taken care of the snow removal. Had to help some other people clean out their spots as well . This was very disappointing.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The apartment is very nice and so convenient. We walked to downtown for dinner and shopping.Will definitely be back!!

Great little place, a block from downtown. Bedroom windows mostly face the Cliffside, which was very nice. Jacuzzi with the provided epson salt was terrific. I found the water temp to be absolutely fine and adequate (it’s a jacuzzi, not a hot tub). The bed was very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was having to park across the street, but it’s really not a big deal. It is on a fairly busy street, but Estes rolls up the sidewalk by 9pm so the traffic wasn’t an issue at bedtime. Upstairs neighbors only made noise at a reasonable time in the morning, but the hosts have a big sign that says to text them if they are too noisy. It was a very nice condo and I loved my stay. The night in the jacuzzi after a busy day walking around the town, was amazing!!! It’s a 4 minute drive to the Stanley Hotel and 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

The place was cozy, clean, and easy to get in and out of. Everything needed for kitchen was there, which was the main reason I chose this over a hotel. Owner was quick to respond to the one question I had while staying there. Loved that it was located in downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Thank you! Was a lovely stay!

Extremely convenient to get into RMNP within 15 minutes or less. Couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy Estes Park. I highly recommend this spot!

We have stayed at this place twice and it is a great little place for two people. However, since the last time we were there, the Wi-Fi changed so that it signed us out every time we left, and sometime in the middle of every night. It was pretty inconvenient, especially when streaming sleep apps. Also it seems that the bed is broken or breaking. It was pretty uncomfortable the first time we stayed there, and it still was this time; but now the supports at the end of the bed are bent or tilted or something and the bed sags toward the foot, making us slowly slide to the foot of the bed while sleeping. We did not get a good night's sleep over our whole trip.

Clean place, close to downtown. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Greay hosts, great communication. Would stay here again. We had everything we needed.

Great location for visiting downtown Estes Park and only a few steps from the River Walk. In fact, everything was in walking distance, making our entire stay simple and relaxing.

Everything was wonderful and the hosts were very responsive. The unit was super clean and very well appointed with extra items that helped make us feel right at home.

The bed was cozy, the jacuzzi was a great temperature, and we appreciated the location. I know it's small, but I also loved the fragrance of the hand soap. Only downside was noisy neighbors upstairs late at night.

**** What a perfect place to stay in Estes Park! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to everything downtown has to offer. We stayed with our 6-year-old and 2-month-old, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything so easy. The only downside was not staying longer! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown condo. It was very nice and clean! We were able to walk from our condo to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The hosts were great and very helpful. We are planning on returning soon and are planning to rent this condo again!

What an incredible stay! The condo was clean and organized. My friend and I had so much fun getting up in the mornings to walk along the river to grab a cup of coffee. I chose this place because I wanted to park my car and just walk everywhere, which is what we did. I have zero complaints, only compliments. From check in to check out 10/10. I will definitely come back but next time with my husband and baby. Thank you for the perfect weekend stay!

It was a great stay at a great place; a cozy apartment with a fireplace (!) that is within easy walking distance of downtown and just a few miles from RMNP.

Perfect location - able to walk downtown and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel, Aerial Tramway and Lake Estes. Condo was cozy and the jacuzzi tub was so nice. The condo is lower level (just a few stairs down) and we did have to park across the street in the parking lot due to limited parking out front (there’s two large lots though so parking is not an issue) and the hosts provide a parking pass which was awesome. We did have two issues - the dishwasher did not work and one stove burner ran hot so we were unable to use both but let the hosts know and they were responsive. There is an upstairs neighbor and we were able to hear them walk around but to be expected with having that setup and was not an issue for us. Overall, our stay was very nice for our four nights. It is a smaller condo but was perfect size for my husband and I.

within walking distance of the main part of town and a short drive to the park. parking during peak season is a littke rough but the lot across the street usually has some spots.

This was a great location, walking distance to the main drag, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Beds were comfortable and this place has everything you would need, regardless of the duration of hour stay. Would definitely book there again!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and centrally located. We had some wi-fi issues initially but they were corrected.

This location was perfect for exploring Estes Park shops, restaurants, and riding the tram. We loved the ability to walk to so many locations and having the trolley stop right beside us. Also the National park entrances were close as well. Absolutely loved our first trip to Colorado.

Property is on basement level. You could hear upstairs tenant but a text to property owner helped. Parking was hit and miss but pass was provided for parking lot across busy street. Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park

The condo was in a great location and very clean. It was well stocked with just about everything you could need. Having a washer and dryer were a huge plus for washing clothes after long days of hiking. Parking in front of the condo is limited but they give you a pass for the lot across the street. We only parked in front of the condo twice because it was kind of a pain to get out during busy times. We just parked in the lot, even when spots out front were open, and it worked great. We were very pleased and would stay again.

It was a very nice apartment within steps of downtown where there are restaurants and shopping. Maybe furnished a bit too rustic for our taste, but still nice. We were there the week after Memorial Day, so some shops were closed and the weather was cool and rainy. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would certainly stay here again if we are ever back in Estes Park.

We enjoyed the great location. The hosts communicated well. The only negative was the outside area at the entrance to our room was dirty - mostly debris that had blown in. The dishwasher did not work properly, but we communicated that to the hosts.

Everything in great condition and fully functional, and, special touches, like nice wine glasses, provided luxury during our stay. Perfect location if you want to walk around downtown Estes Park. Right on the river walk, close to the park if there is a festival (we went for the Bigfoot Days!), and close to two breweries and tons of food options.

I arranged a short getaway for my friend who is doing lots of caregiving for her spouse. This unit was the perfect layout for relaxing and the table was just the right size for working puzzles. We were near walking paths along the river as well as the downtown shops, and we appreciated onsite parking. This unit is beautifully appointed, very clean, and has many extra touches including quality bedding, and an assortment of soaps and shampoos. We will definitely book this unit again!

The location was absolutely perfect! Within walking distance to anything you could want and a short drive to anything around town. The property was very well put together and the owners make you feel that you’re wanted there. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time!! The place was clean and very comfortable. The one thing preventing me from leaving a 5 star review is that the hot water tank, replaced recently, cannot provide enough hot water to the spa tub. Yes, even on a day when you do not shower. It’s not cold but there is definitely not enough hot water to fill the tub hot, and god forbid you have to shower, do laundry or dishes. Being that a huge selling point of this place is the spa tub, we were very disappointed by this. It didn’t stop us from taking a bath, but the temperature was not warm enough - multiple times. The dishwasher is a little sketchy because it seems to not close all the way due to the way it’s mounted into the counter, but water did not leak everywhere so no biggie. I have one last gripe and that is if I had known there would have been an entire knife block of serrated knives, I would have brought my own. My partner and I love to cook and cutting anything with essentially a bread knife was not it. Don’t let me be too negative, ultimately I give this place four solid stars and I would definitely stay here again. I fell in love with Estes Park and this condo was so cozy and accommodating that we would not hesitate from rebooking. The owners checked in with us and made us feel comfortable reaching out to them if they we had any serious problems. They left us local beers AND CHILLED GLASSES upon arrival, and that is just the hospitality I need after a 19 hour drive.

This is a great little property that is walking distance from the main street (Elkhorn Ave). It's cozy and well maintained with nice amenities. The hosts are very friendly and have great communication!

It was the right size for 2 adults with everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: walking distance to downtown and a quick drive into the national park. We enjoyed our time and the hosts were welcoming and only a text away if needed.
