Place was perfect for our yearly trip up to Estes.

The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals. We have a third grader and a fifth grader and this place was great for our entire family. Our kids loved staying in the loft. The location was also fantastic. We could walk to downtown, go for a hike, take a stroll on the riverwalk, or go for a run to Estes Lake without driving our car. Lucian returned all of my texts within an hour or so too. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Oh, where do I start? Two separate bedrooms with their own bath worked perfectly for my Granddaughter and me. Fully (and I mean fully) equipped kitchen, comfy living area with fireplace.A very short walk to the downtown area and easy access to RMNP.Perfect, perfect, perfect!

We had a great time, and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was great - walking distance to lots of businesses. And the condition of the home was spotless.

Great location to town! Sleeping quarters were a bit tight - we had a pack & play for our baby in the king bed room with us and couldn’t really maneuver around the room with that in there, despite the listing saying “king and crib” in that room. Would’ve been nice to have a dresser or larger closet as well since there was not room to open our suitcases in the bedroom. One small suggestion - a bigger coffee pot! It’s a personal sized coffee pot and we had 3 adults, which just didn’t cut it for us!

Property was very clean. Unit was dark, with few windows for light. Parking is limited, so was inconvenient to have to park in public lot a block away -- inconvenient for moving luggage, especially in the rain. Sheets on upstairs bed were very slippery and comforter kept sliding off. The location is great for proximity to downtown Estes! All in all, the unit was very sufficient for our one-night stay. Again, very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic stay with no issues. Was excellent to have youtube TV service available. Extremely close to town with easy walking access and a local bus stop literally steps away from the unit. Easy driving access to RMNP. Parking is an adventure (careful backing out into the road) but there are ample spaces available.

We truly enjoyed our one-night stay at this lovely condo in Estes Park! The home was clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location—just minutes from all the great shops and restaurants in town. Our hosts, Ela and Lucian, were wonderful communicators and went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Check-in instructions were very clear, and the bedding was super comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring.A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: the lighting in both the kitchen and bathroom could be improved for better visibility, and there was a musty smell in the unit, likely coming from the vacuum used by housekeeping. Nothing major, just something to be aware of.Overall, it was a great place for a short stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you again for hosting us!

This a was a great little spot for our Rocky Mountain hiking trip! Super convenient location for walking around Estes Park, and the parking situation was very good. FYI, the king bed is downstairs and the queen is upstairs, which is the opposite of how the photos depict it.

Great downtown location, walked to everything. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Owners were friendly and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

We were very happy staying in this comfy, sweet condo. You can tell the owners have gone above and beyond to try to make this place as close to home as possible. The extra large washer and dryer came in very handy. We were within walking distance to everything in town. Plus, this spot is close to two different entrances to Rocky Mountain. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of to make meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the King bed in the downstairs bedroom. He is a big guy and this bed was more than comfortable for us both. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to make it back there again some day.

Very nice place close to everything downtown

Perfect place in Estes Park! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one greatly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better. Walk to anyplace in town, parking is easy, and you’re a short drive from the entrance to RMNP. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the interior, and the owner has included lots of essentials. Thank you! We’ll be back.

EASY TO GET TO EVERYTHING

lock code that i was sent, was changed but eventually after calling him, i got the correct entry code. air conditioner isn’t working, i texted property manager-response was that a professional had to take care of it and indicated it wasn’t working prior to my arrival. wifi wasn’t working. had to contact property manager again, he gave me smoother wifi name and password to use for my family could watch tv. rooms as advertised-clean and nice areas. housekeeping was freat

One of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed in! Clean, well-stocked with all the essentials plus extras. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care and attention into creating a peaceful home base for their guests! Would definitely come back!

As advertised a great location just across the river from downtown. Perfect for what we needed! A couple notes for future travelers-- we always seem to to choose a weekend when there is a heat wave-- the cooling system (air conditioner in upstaira and fan in downstairs bedroom) did not keep unit cool..but..it was 85 degrees in Estes, which is super unusual! Both bathrooms are in bedrooms, so if you choose to uae the pull out couch, that person will need to go through a bedroom for midnight bathroom breaks. Also, both shower/tubs are deep and without handrails (only matters becauae we traveled with an older relative who isnt always super steady. Our party never did get the wifi to work, but it wasnt a bif deal for us. Firepit is just outside the door as is a picbic table--both are communal, but no one else seemed to use them during our stay. Hosts were super reponsvie. Unit was clean and had everthing we needed! Great stay!

We had a great time! The beds were a little firm for our liking, but that's preference. We had a little confusion on check-in, but once we got that worked out everything was very smooth. The location was perfect. The interior was cozy and clean. They had a lot of nice touches, such as Epsom salt for baths, and a pantry filled with nice spices. Overall, I would very much recommend this rental to anyone that wants to visit Estes.

Super clean, lots of space for our family. Enjoyed the pool, meadow and coffee shop. Perfect location for getting into town and to the National Parks.

Great location!!

The rental was exactly as described/pictured, and had lots of extras to make us feel at home, including tea and coffee in the kitchen, body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, and even epsom salts for a soak in the upstairs jet tub. Parking was easy and right outside the door, and only once did we need to park in the lot right across the street. The location was the best…2 minutes’ walk to coffee, 4 minutes to the main street with shops, restaurants, etc. It was an easy ride to get into the park. One recommendation…if you are arriving in Estes Park via the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway, you may want to request the key code the day before you arrive, as we found some texts never came through when we lost our cell connection, so we had to call the owner to re-send once we arrived. All in all a wonderful stay and we’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The distance to downtown and restaurants/bars is fantastic, an easy 3 minute walk. Parking was full in front, so we had to park in the lot across the street, but a pass was provided. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our short trip to visit the Stanley and Rocky Mountain Park. We will definitely stay here next time!

Overall, the apartment was very nice, very clean, and well appointed. The kitchen was well-stocked. The decor lovely and very Colorado. Having a grill right outside was a nice amenity, which we used. We gave it a good, instead of excellent, review for just a few reasons that are personal to our stay.The location, while an easy walk to downtown Estes Park, was difficult to get to by car, and proved a challenge for unloading luggage. The apartment is in a building right on a one-way major road and the very limited parking in front of the building was full when we arrived. It remained so throughout our stay. A designated loading and unloading spot would be nice. Because our unit was on the ground floor and backed up to a hillside, it was very dark inside.The king-sized bed in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable, but really high off the floor. It has a very thick mattress, which made it comfy, but a short person would need to climb up to get in each time. And while we liked the king-size, it left no space in the room for our luggage. The upstairs bedroom, with the corner jacuzzi, was more spacious.

We had a blast in Estes and RMNP. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere in Estes, there was something for everyone. We took a tour of RMNP and walked to their office. We had a great time.

The location is excellent! Communication was great. Beds were very comfy. Appreciate the fan as there is not a ceiling one in the king size room. We were lucky to be able to park out front most of the time otherwise there is parking right across the street. Would definitely stay here again if back in Estes Park.

This condo is in walking distance to all downtown Estes Park. You can pick up the River Walk right outside the front door. The condo is very cozy, has wonderful sky lights that let in just the right amount of sunshine, and a fireplace for the colder days. The hosts are very responsive and got back to us very quickly. We highly recommend staying here!

Arrived in Estes to do a hike in RMNP - perfect location, clean and comfortable. Only drawback - coffee maker didn't work, thankfully there was a back-up!

I have been going to Estes park for years and I’m so glad I finally found the perfect spot. So close to downtown and the process to come and go was easy!

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive. A couple of nit-picks: 1) the main floor in this two story condo is actually below grade level, which means that opportunities for natural light are limited; 2) the master (downstairs) bathroom fan is extremely loud and ineffective; 3) the upstairs bedroom (loft) is open to the downstairs and gets very warm if the downstairs common area thermostat is set to 68.Other than that, the kitchen was nice as was the living room. Beds were comfortable. The Lofts' location is fantastic - easy walk to downtown shops/restaurants/cafes, and easy enough access (drive) to Rocky Mtn Natl Park.

We’ve stayed in several of the properties in the Lofts of Estes and this might be our favorite yet! It was the perfect size for our group of three and everything about the process was seamless. Could not recommend it more!

We loved everything about this condo. It is right in downtown Estes Park, so we took walks and shopped after hours in the snow. Rocky Mountains entrance is 5 minutes away by car. So many great hikes, which are easy for young kids and adults. A great snow play area at Hidden Valley. So much snow in the mountains!!! We loved it and we would gladly go back!!!

We stayed for a family get away and we loved the property. It has all the things you might need, great game and movie selection, amazing location and it’s super clean. We will be staying here again!

The Condo was Cozy, Clean, Quiet perfect for us family of 4. The location was within walking distance of all town places which is nice. The place was warm but plenty of blankets/ bedding if needed more. They welcomed us with a local brew if your a drinker that was nice. Overall couldn’t ask for a better place.

Disappointed that the dvd player did not work, we brought our own movies, but we managed.

Nice 2 BR/BA with a gas fireplace and ceiling fans to move the heat around. Comfy couches and beds. Lots of kitchen amenities (although admittedly we ate out mostly, but we didn’t need to!). The best thing is location … can walk literally anywhere downtown and be on the main street in under a minute. The overnight parking pass for the lot across the street was convenient, but once the weekend hit, you couldn’t find a spot in it. That was the only drawback. Estes is just a busy, popular spot anytime you go (this was early December).

The condo was just as listed. It was perfect location for RMNP and walking around Estes Park. I would highly recommend this property for those that need a small, comfy, cozy place to stay. Thanks for your sharing your little spot with us.

We had an outstanding stay! These lofts are superb and would recommend to anyone. If we come back to Estes’s we will be sure to stay here again! They have everything you need, very well equip. The location is also perfect for walking all through downtown.

We were in Estes for a wedding & needed 2 bedrooms & good location to town. EASY walk to charming downtown for food & shopping. Beautiful river walk too. The unit was good - small kitchen - but fitted our needs. We put the young adults in the loft bedroom & we took the primary on 1st floor. Washer dryer was a plus

Great location to downtown and easy entry to Rocky National Park. Hosts were great to work with and place was nice and clean. Wifi was not great but assume was because of so many users on at one time. Would stay again.

Clean and convenient for our night stay before exploring RMNP

My husband and I came from NY to visit our son at the USAFA for parent’s weekend. Since we had a days to enjoy with him, we found this perfect apartment in Estes Park. Communication with owner was always quick making check-in simple. We parked our car on night one and since the location is so convenient, we never had to move the car until we left. We walked to breakfast and dinners. We took a retractable bus ride to RMNP and could even walk to where we got picked up for our bus trip. The apartment is clean and had everything we could have wanted for our 2 night stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels in the bathrooms. Great living room with YouTubeTV. Kitchen has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Owner also supplied a couple water bottles and a few beers. We enjoyed our time there and would love to come back another time!!

We had a wonderful stay and vacation. The hosts were very responsive and the location was close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants which helped since there was construction surrounding the area around Estes Park. There was also a nearby walking trail that led to Lake Estes. Great place and value.

The location is perfect for exploring Estes Park on foot. We were able to explore the local shops, cuisine, and attractions without needing to drive anywhere. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for our larger group size. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay, and the property manager was timely and helpful in their replies. I would definitely recommend this location and will keep this place in mind if I visit again.

We had a great time here. It’s the perfect location if you would like to walk to locations around town. My oldest daughter and I got out and got coffee/explored the town before it “woke up.” I would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The loft is decorated in a cabin theme and really let us enjoy our mountain weekend! Plenty of linens, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Check in was super easy and they even accommodated us a bit early when our 5 month old needed a mid day nap. Parking was busy, but we were able to park in the designated spots out front and walk to all the shops, restaurants and river walk within a few short minutes. Would happily recommend this place and stay again!
