Newly furnished, this unit sleeps between 2 adults in the loft upstairs and 2 adults in the bedroom located downstairs. Also 1 adult or 1 child can sleep in the living room in front of the fire place.
Two full baths for your convenience,in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.

Full sized washer and dryer are provided as well and the loft has also beautiful sky lights that makes the place bright all year round. There are also shades if you don’t want to be woken up by the morning light and sun.

WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels.

Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in the winter.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less then 30 days upon arrival.
