Stayed Jan 24, 2025Clean, open space. Lovely old hardwood floors. Very comfortable mattresses and furniture. Large and well-appointed kitchen. Walking distance to everything. No assigned parking had me worried, but there was plenty of available street parking right outside (free on weekends) so it was never a problem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 20, 2026The Loft was a perfect place to stay. Kimberly was the ideal host…she went out of her way to accommodate special needs and requests. The unit itself was done to perfection. There is a fine line to manage a renovation that adds all the modern conveniences but yet respects the history of the building. This was very well done. The location was ideal. If you are not avid walkers it is so close to EVERYTHING. If you love to walk like we do it is easy to go any direction for a variety of experiences from the historic homes, Tryon Palace, the river walk, stroll the downtown area, etc. For a memorable visit to New Bern we highly recommend this, Thank You Kimberly!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025My husband and I booked this charming downtown loft for a staycation weekend. We live here in New Bern. This beautiful open loft puts you literally in the heart of downtown New Bern. You can walk to everything. Being that we were right on Middle Street I was surprised by the quietness of the loft. The unit was very clean. Check in was simple and easy. I didn’t need to contact the owner for anything. The place was stocked for what we needed and it was exactly as described and pictured. We would definitely stay here again.
