Guest Access:

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:



The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.

    While the place was clean and very nice inside, we were kept awake by the upstairs neighbors for 2 nights in a row from 2am-4:30am by loud partying. You can hear absolutely everything-every step, word and the ping pong ball that kept bouncing. Normal noise is expected but not at 2:00. Host response didn’t come until the 2nd morning after the 2nd, sleepless night.

    Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location. The parking spot was extremely helpful and convenient to the entrance of the apartment. I was alone, but had plenty of space to do my citadel cadet’s laundry and cook for our tailgate. I love the charm of old homes and the noise from neighbors upstairs wasn’t a problem at all. Absolutely would stay here again.

    Everything was great and we really enjoyed the stay. The only negative is that you hear every step or conversations from people staying above you which can be a bit frustrating in the middle of the night when you’re trying to sleep. The place itself and communication with the host were all great though and I would still recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston for its location and charm.

    My husband and I came to Charleston to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The location was so convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. It was so clean and decorated very well too. My only complaint would be the noise from the people staying above us. With it being an older house and wooden floors, we could hear every footstep they made. Luckily they didn’t arrive until halfway through our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
