Downtown Chattanooga, Close to Everything, Far from Ordinary!

Our entire stay was perfect in every way. We had our three grandchildren with us and there was plenty of room / beds for all. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and all of the wonderful art work throughout the house was very intriguing!!! There is a public playground a half block away which we visited several times and delicious restaurants within a five minute walk of the house.We had a great weekend stay with lots of fun!!!

My wife, kids, and I truly enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. What a fantastic place. Very clean and well-maintained. Great location. She even provided a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. So thoughtful. And what an artist! Thanks so much to Miki for her hospitality.

It was a wonderful place. So clean and neat with everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient it was to walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the host was waiting to show us around. She was amazing and very kind. This house was so unique, clean and very homey. We was in town for UTC homecoming and this place was conveniently located to everything. Most definitely recommend!

I was in town for a wedding, and my mom came along with me to make it a girls’ trip. The location was fantastic - centrally located, so I could walk to all of my events within five minutes. My mom enjoyed exploring downtown and just relaxing on the porch while I was busy, but we also took time to check out some of the fun dining recommendations that Miki and Tom left for us.All of the art throughout the space was so fun and colorful! The rooms/beds were comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, which is definitely not always the case when traveling.Miki and Tom were great with communication and let us know that they were available if we needed anything or wanted more recommendations or just to have a chat, but they were not at all overbearing.All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Chattanooga - I showed pictures and bragged about our accommodations to several of the bridal party and guests, and everyone agreed we had the best spot. I would definitely stay here again, and I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun spot close to all of the downtown fun.

This beautiful home was perfect for our sisters weekend! The home is filled with the owners art which is so unique and highlights their incredible talent. Miki & Tom were the perfect hosts and were available to answer any questions. Beds were so comfortable and shower pressure was amazing! House was very clean. The front porch was our favorite spot to relax and talk after our day’s adventure. The back deck area also featured a dining table for al fresco dining. The property is within walking distance of so many great shops and restaurants. We just loved staying at this fabulous home.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The kitchen was very well stocked, with all the items to prepare your own meal, if desired. The location is phenomenal. It was close by to some fantastic restaurants on Main Street. We were able to walk (1.6miles) to the riverfront to watch the Ironman Race that our friend was participating in. It was a warm weekend in Chattanooga, and the house, despite being an older home, kept us very cool. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a ceiling fan in it. Would recommend!!!!

Location is in walking district of many places to eat, the old train station and some very nice speakeasys. We drove to the Tennessee railroad museum and the Southern Belle Sunset cruise, both very nice. The house was beautiful and artistically decorated and all around comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The only thing i would suggest would be to keep a bottle of olive oil or something for those who like to cook in.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful unique home. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at the hotel chalet. We loved looking at all amazing art work.

Chattanooga is such a wonderful family spot to begin with but staying at a beautiful home walking distance from breweries and a ChooChoo makes it even better. Wonderful home/hosts!

We throughly enjoyed staying at this absolutely beautiful home. We were able to relax and enjoy easy access to all that Chattanooga had to offer. We cannot recommend this property more.

Great stay! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, clean and had everything we needed.

We spent a great weekend at this property for a soccer tournament. We have a large family so like to look for alternatives to hotels and this exceeded expectations. Great location being able to walk to restaurants and get coffee in the morning. Property was very unique and memorable and met all the needs for a family of 6.

The accommodations were lovely, house well kept and the beds were comfortable. The art work was interesting and very lovely, however art covers every free space (which was great) but we were afraid our 4 kids might inadvertently knock over something or bump into a painting on the wall- we were a little on pins and needles making sure we did not disturb the art for sale in the home. Overall communication was good and we enjoyed our 2 nights here! The park across the street was also a nice play to play.

Remember when peer to peer vacation rentals first became popular? Remember that sense of community, family even? Like staying and housesitting for a good friend? Miki & Tom embody the ORIGINAL spirit of peer to peer vacation rentals. The home was EXACTLY as described and pictured and even more adorable in person! There was plenty of space and everything was stocked! And the location? Wow! So close to everything. We let our teenage daughters walk downtown to get ice cream and explore the shops because we were so incredibly close.Miki & Tom are also the epitome of gracious hosts. They were attentive, responsive and just down right kind and friendly people. We rested easy, knowing that they were just upstairs if we needed anything. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay again when we are in town. We're already looking for an excuse to come back!

Was a great place to stay and hosts were very responsive! Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc. and the unit was in a great location - walkable to many restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Staying at Miki & Tom's was such a treat! We had everything we needed and the space was very welcoming. The hosts, themselves, are lovely to meet and also very respectful about letting guests have their personal space. Tom went out of his way to show my son how the Murphy bed in the front gallery room worked. (My son is obsessed with Murphy beds. Lol) We loved that we could walk to so many restaurants in the area. There are a lot of great options!

In Chattanooga for son’s wedding just down the block at the Common House. Perfect location for the wedding and exploring Chattanooga - short walk to restaurants and bars and short bike ride downtown. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the shower - great pressure and endless hot water!!!

This was the nicest, coolest house I have stayed in. Art work in the house is beautiful. Nice neighborhood and very walkable.

This place was just perfect for our family of 5! The house was so cozy and charming, and Tom and Miki were the sweetest hosts! Super easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Also the location was perfect - quick walk to some adorable restaurants in a charming neighborhood, and right next to a playground! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back!

We had a blast in Chattanooga! The Art Gallery is such a unique space in seriously the perfect location. We loved sitting on the front porch, waking to the Chattanooga Choo Choo, Warehouse Row, Southside restaurants and more. Micki and Tom are lovely hosts and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay! We will absolutely come back!

This was a perfect little spot for us. We loved our stay here. Mintues from everything we wanted to do. The rooms were full of art and was very refreshing. All kinds of different art pictures and very charming. Wish we had more time to stay but we will definitely be back in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Filled with a variety of expressive arts and spacious enough for a family of 6. The hosts were extremely sweet and helpful throughout our entire visit!

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend in Chattanooga. It is very walkable to local restaurants and shops, so we did very little driving while staying there. The host was proactive in reaching out to finalize checkin details and the property itself was attractive and comfortable.
