Stayed Aug 7, 2025This was a wonderful getaway location that I would DEFINTELY stay in again! We came for a wedding in Santa Barbara which was just a 15 minute drive away. The town is quaint and felt very safe. Very close (walking distance) to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners were very attentive and responded very quickly to inquiries. We also appreciated that they were military friendly. I wish we had more time to explore the town and local shops. Looking forward to staying again.

Stayed May 7, 2022The place was just as advertised. Great view of palm trees from balcony. Very friendly when we needed to clarify the location of the key and responded immediately. The kitchen and bathroom was just the right size for two of us.

Stayed Apr 11, 2022I stayed here while traveling for business. The property was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Grocery and restaurants were very close by. I would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed Feb 2, 2022Beautiful, clean and well situated. Very comfortable with everything you need for a great vacation. Although, since it is attached to a main house, kids next door were a bit noisy and you can hear them running around. Otherwise it was really nice. Thank you Toby!!

Stayed Jan 1, 2022My family and I had to extend our California vacation by a week on extremely short notice and this location just happened to be available for exactly the dates we needed. We were already happy to just find a place; we were overjoyed to find that that place chosen was a wonderful location and perfect for our family. From the surprisingly comfortable pull-out to the toys for the younger set, everything we could have wanted was covered. We hope to visit again!
