Stayed Aug 16, 2018This apartment was the perfect spot for us to explore McMinnville and the surrounding wineries and hiking trails. Our bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were small, but the window shades, air conditioning, and comfortable bed made this the perfect space to rest after long days enjoying the Willamette Valley. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Stayed Feb 22, 2018As others have mentioned the apartment (we were in 8) was quite petite so my husband who is a bigger man felt a bit like he was in a sardine can. However it is super cute and completely immaculate! Very well stocked and the bottles of water and bottle of wine are lovely touches. I was even able to make real breakfasts with the supplied cookware. Plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable (great pillows and bedding), and extra throw blankets which I always appreciate. Plenty of fresh fluffy towels in the bathroom. The location for sure can't be beat. The only reason we got in our car was to go to the vineyards and to Linfield and on a nice day one could even walk to Linfield if they wanted. I definitely recommend it if you're not planning to spend huge amounts of time actually in the apartment.

Stayed Aug 23, 2017We really enjoyed our stay at Douglas on 3rd. The rooms were newly redone, very nicely decorated and most importantly, right in the heart of McMinnville. The building and instructions were easy to get into and navigate and very nicely appointed. We very much appreciated the bottle of excellent wine and the coffee available to make in the kitchen area. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in apartment #14 which is a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You enter into the bedroom and it is a tad small with no closet since the HVAC takes up that space. This was fine for us. The kitchen opens directly onto the bedroom and there is a table and chairs where you can sit and drink your coffee or have a bite to eat. The bathroom is off of the kitchen. It was a perfect size for the two of us for a night, or a few nights, and the convenience to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants can not be beat! I highly recommend these apartments. One comment to improve would be to put some darker curtains over the bedroom windows because the street lights are very bright even with the shades closed. Even with this issue, it was a great find and a great stay.

Stayed Aug 11, 2017A little noisy as it's an old building. Our unit (#14) was directly over the front door. Other than that, it was perfect.

Stayed Jul 21, 2017This was a great little apartment. It was spotless, well-appointed and had everything we needed. We spent several days touring area vineyards and just needed a basic place to sleep. This was perfect! It had a small kitchen if you wanted to cook, though we did not. Perfect amount of space for two people. The welcome bottle of wine was awesome. It is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and is just down the block from this great little French bistro (Bistro Maison). The building was quiet. We enjoyed it, would definitely stay here again.
