Oh My Gosh! The best place ever! ON commercial across from the Portuguese Bakery! The place was very clean and had all the cooking utensils/pots/pans that we needed. Spacious for 4 people. Sunny living room. Quiet bedrooms. And a GARAGE!!! So fun to be able to be in the middle of everything.

Pet friendly clean good location

Was as listed, just a few things that need addressed stains on the furniture, coffee pot did not work and the stucco on the ceiling in the front bedroom was falling off.

Overall good experience, priced right, great central location. I thought it might be too loud with late night revelers but double windows muted any street noise. Good communication with property management and accommodation of pets. Maybe needed more towels per room. Single bathroom requires coordination with your friends. Overall Recommended.

We loved the space! It was nice to have garage parking and to be in the middle of the best part of town. Joel was responsive and the home is very relaxing.

The only good thing about this rental was the location and the water pressure in the shower. Coffee maker non functional,air conditioner was in closet not in window in bedroom,animal hair everywhere,lots more but I’m done.

Wow! What a nice place, renovated with all the conveniences. Couldn’t be more central on Commercial St. Thomas was a great host. We will definitely look for this one again next year.

The apartment was very outdated. It felt like a mishmash of things all over. The bathroom had no place for a woman to get ready - no counter space at all. Basically had to leave everything on the floor while getting ready. Outside seating unfortunately didn't have any view - just overlooked a driveway and the seating out there was just 2 plastic chairs. The place was clean but I expected more.

Joel was great to deal with , very responsive. 3 roomy bedrooms and living area. I traveled with three teenage children and it was great that we were right downtown so they could wander around on their own and easily make it back! It can be noisy, but it certainly didn’t bother us especially with the air conditioning units running we really didn’t hear much, but you are very much in the middle of the action. I’ll come back

Huge second-floor apartment right on Commercial Street—easily fits six people. The single bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, and the unit is stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, which our dog appreciated. The two back bedrooms are quiet; we stayed in the front room facing Commercial and while there was some ambient noise, it was never disruptive—especially with the A/C on. Great water pressure, responsive host, and excellent people-watching from the bay windows.

Very clean and large apartment. Great spot in the center of Ptown with views of commercial street. Would 100% stay here again. The dog friendliness is a great bonus as well!

An absolute gem of a property, I'm very pleased with this booking! It provided everything we were looking for regarding our stay, everything was within walking distance plus a perfect nook for people watching. Parking was easy to navigate, the house was clean, and our host answered all my questions.

This rental was a fantastic choice for our trip! The space was amazing — the living room was big and open, perfect for relaxing, with a large dining table that was ideal for group dinners. The location couldn’t be better: just short walk from the wharf and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants and bars. It’s the perfect spot for a small group of friends, and the host was super responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This a VERY roomy 3 bedroom one bathroom second floor apartment/condo that came with parking. Large dining/living room with a spacious kitchen. Bathroom had great shower pressure. Loved in the living room the bay window that overlooked Commercial St. It was fun to sit and watch the boys go up and down commercial street. At night, u will get noise from Twisted Pizza and the Underground bar but that wasn’t a bother at all. This place was great to rent and hope to be able to rent again on the future.

Right in the heart of P-town

Overall the place was clean and a large space. Full kitchen (which we didn’t need). The only two downsides were 1. The towels and my sheets had a musty smell like when you leave the clothes in the washer too long before drying and 2. There weren’t any batteries in the remote. Other than that it was great and centrally located.

This apartment was fantastic! It was very spacious and clean and conveniently located! It was an equipped with all the things you need in the kitchen and we survived with 1 toilet! It wasn’t an issue and it was well ventilated. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great stay. Property is comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like usb chargers in the headboard. It was not overly noisy despite the bustle of Commercial St right outside. In fact, we loved people-watching from the bay windows.
