Stayed May 23, 2025Nice property, hot tub is a plus. Only issue was shower is either cold or burning hot seem like there isn’t a middle ground.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024The property was very close to RMNP, the private hot tub was great, and the place was clean. The only big downside for us was the fact that there was a really bright light right near our hot tub. We looked forward to seeing the stars but it was impossible with that light. We asked the staff to turn it off for one night but they never did.
