Balcony was nice in the AM

Enjoyed the stay. Had to ask for the appointment number and access number because it wasn’t sent at the check in time.

Clean room/very quiet

Could have used a couple more towels. Also, there was no sink drain stopper for doing dishes. Other than that, all was very good.

Our host communicated well and was welcoming! The space was large for 2, and the bed very comfortable.

I loved everything about our stay. We even tried to stay one more night because of how much we loved it, but it was booked. (I didn't realize there was anything about a winery. Can someone advise on this?)

Property is as described in listing. Location is excellent and walkable to all things main street. Plenty of xhops and restaurants near.

The trip went great, it was our anniversary. The room was clean and on the water. It was nice to sit and listen to the stream.

It was a nice condo and a great place to stay as a couple. Close to town and very spacious as well. Would be a little better if the host had better communication but it was a good stay overall. No issues at all.

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The back and front deck were loaded with wasp nests and we bought spray to get rid of them. The back deck furniture was covered in ants so we couldn’t really use it.

Its the perfect place to stay in helen you can walk to everything you would like to go and do.

I had an emergency, my husband was unexpectedly in the hospital. When I ask the owner if I could reschedule, I knew I could not get a refund, he said no.

The area was perfect with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The balcony overlooked the river which was very peaceful in the morning and the evening. The room was clean and had all we needed. Thanks so much for a special trip!

It was clean throughout the entire space and very close to every location of Helen. Parking was abundant and very welcoming. Only thing that was lacking was just the amount of bees and wasps in the area; not the fault of property owner. Overall 10/10 would come back.

We stayed overnight in this apartment, and found it to be just perfect for what we needed: welcoming and cozy, right in Helen.The kitchenette was perfect for our minimal needs (and would've served well beyond them), the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the Christmas tree was an extra welcoming touch!The only minor inconveniences were related to check-in: the instructions provided are just a bit too sparse to even be called minimal. You get a close-up photo of a doorknob lockbox and the code for it. You don't get any indication of what building it's in, or what apartment number, or where to park when the parking spots are all full (as they often are in Helen), or what the wifi password is. Thankfully, the other reviews named the apartment number and the building (middle building towards the river, apartment 600), and we found other parking on our own, and we didn't need the wifi. Even with these minor inconveniences, it's an affordable stay in a perfect location, with excellent furnishing. I'd recommend it to anyone willing to figure things out during check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was fantastic. Clean, well stocked and a short walk to all Helen has to offer!! Would recommend to anyone.

The room was perfect for us! It was very clean and in the perfect spot especially if you don’t want to do a lot of driving! Everything we needed was in walking distance, we loved our stay here.

This is an outstanding property for a couple visiting, Helen, Georgia. We decided to spend a night in Helen on our way back from the East Coast. The location of the property as well as the property itself was outstanding! I would strongly recommend this for anybody spending some time in this Bavarian village!

I rented this place for my grandparents anniversary and they continue to rave about the view from the balcony and how close it was to everything in downtown. They would definitely stay again and I think I might need to check it out for myself!!

This was our first empty nesters trip to Helen, and this third floor studio was exactly what we needed. It was exceptionally clean and very cozy. Host James has done an amazing job outfitting this studio very comfortably with everything two people could need for a getaway. It is on the top floor and requires two flights of stairs, so pack accordingly. If you're coming for tubing or Oktoberfest, this location is perfect. From the great view of the river, to the easy five minute (or less) flat walk to the Fest Halle, this place is great. (And it's just as easy to walk in the other direction to both tubing companies!) James answered all of our questions incredibly quickly! Checking in and out was a breeze! (No long, crazy list of requirements here!) If I could offer a couple of suggestions - it would be helpful to have the Suite # sent in advance. We received it because we arrived a little early and asked to check in, but wouldn't have known it other than reading it in a review otherwise. Also, a screened door to the patio would be lovely for temperate mornings/evenings. We'd love to take in the sounds of the river without letting in any flying pests. We would DEFINITELY love to stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The apartment was so clean, homey, and smelled great (which is a huge plus for me!). The only thing that I think could be improved is in the check-in instructions, it should include that the apartment is in the middle section of the building, and is apartment 600- 3 floors up. It took us a good 10 minutes to figure out where it was. Otherwise, we will most likely book again for a weekend getaway!

The condo was in a great location. If it hadn't been 100 degrees we would have walked everywhere. As it was, driving to park a little closer to the shops was not a problem. We did walk to dinner and lunch though and loved it. There was a car show there this week and it was busy, I was amazed at how quiet it was inside the condo. Loved both decks!!!

It was quite rainy when we stayed but we were still able to enjoy ourselves. The location is right in the middle of the town. Easy access and great communication with the host. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.
