Cute 1 Bedroom Apartment Close to beaches, and downtown Manistee!

Clean and cute place.

Thoroughly enjoyed it with stay. Small place but was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable.

We needed a place to stay 4th of July eve on short notice and were lucky enough to find this spot! The host was great at communicating and the apartment was cute and cozy for us. Appreciated the attention to detail!

This place was very cozy and perfect for our two night stay with our dog! We enjoyed being close to local attractions and enjoyed the cute decor throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with various dishes, bathroom had plenty of towels, and I was excited that they even had a steam iron and small ironing board!Evan is a great host - we had a minor concern when we checked in, and he immediately came by and resolved the issue (and offered to buy us dinner/drinks for the inconvenience). Would definitely recommend this place and host to friends and will stay here again if we’re ever in the area :)

The place was cute. There are some things we weren't thrilled about. The bedroom has no outlets to plug in chargers or a fan. After I took a shower, we had little to no water. Had to wait 15 minutes or so before we got water back. The toilet moves when you sit down. Made me nervous the first time i used it. This room is in a building with other guests so you will hear them a lot. If you're looking for quite place to stay, this isn't the one. It got to the point we were waking up at night because it sounded like someone was in our room. But the place was very clean inside, well stocked with basic necessities and had a cute charm. It worked for our last minute trip. The host was friendly via messages. The location is really nice. Very close to downtown and the beach.

Perfect location and accommodation for a last minute business trip

We were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay. This fit the bill! It was an upstairs apartment with noise from the other apartments. The place was well kept up and clean. It was nothing fancy, but a good place to stay for the night.

This was a perfect spot to stay for checking out the Sleighbell weekend! It had everything we needed for our short stay and all the conveniences of home. Very walkable to downtown.

We usually camp at national Forest Campground, but I found myself between RVs. We loved our stay at Evan‘s apartment. Super clean, Super comfortable, and downtown. This was my first time using Vrbo. I will definitely do it again.
