Stayed Sep 25, 2025Coffee shop just around the corner as well as several restaurants and other places to grab an adult beverage. We especially enjoyed the bicycles made available; toured all of downtown Charleston on them!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Art Villa. It looked exactly like the pictures and it was in a a perfect location. It was an easy walk to numerous restaurants, bars and King Street. Bad bunnies coffee was a daily ritual, but the Villa had coffee as well. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to the main, touristy area of Charleston, but not in the thick of it. I do recommend a sound machine to drown out some noise if you are a light sleeper.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024Stayed for long w/e at this perfectly situated home. Everything was thought of from the cozy bed, extra towels, bikes plus helmets, snacks, beach towels, umbrellas, storage, parking, and bottles of drinking water. We walked to King Street, which is just a few blocks away or rode. This place has the location and comfort!

Stayed Mar 9, 2023What you see is what you get. Clean, cozy and great price. Located in perfect spot. A block or two from King st and far enough for peace and quiet. Host provided spots to check out (food, drinks, sightseeing) and if you don’t feel like walking, host even provides bicycles to explore town.
