The house has been recently renovated and furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.

At the entrance of the property you will find a front courtyard with bicycles available for guests, a small table with chairs and a parasol for shade.

Inside the house there are:

• living room with 40” Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+), extendable dining table, air conditioning and sofa bed
• master bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers
• second bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe
• fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop
• bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink

At the back of the house there is a second private garden, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

• lemon trees
• laundry sink

There is also a small wooden shed with a washing machine and useful household items.

On the second and fourth Saturday of each month, street cleaning takes place and cars must be moved.

The city uses a recycling waste collection system; the schedule will be provided at check-in.
