Cozy Apartment by a Beautiful Beach

Beautifully appointed, clean and cozy. Quiet unit in the back of the property with plenty of parking and a nice little water view out front. Great location in the heart of Lauderdaleby the Sea. Plenty of shopping and dining options. Steps from the beach. Ignacio was an amazing host! Super responsive, communicative, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

With a beautiful beach across the street and easy access to Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach this very clean and well appointed apartment met our needs. King size bed was great and we enjoyed our meals on the screened in porch. Host was very responsive.

My wife and I enjoyed this well located, quiet and nicely appointed condo. We appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo was just a short walk from the beach, and the overall property was very well maintained, including the pool. King bed was very comfortable. Hope to return!

Ignacio’s apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s exactly as described and so much more! The entire complex is so friendly, safe, and just plain….adorable. Very nice people…renters and owners alike. Directly across from the ocean…5 min. walk to uncrowded, miles of very safe beach. The apartment had all the needed beach supplies….they thought of everything! Publix is less than a mile down the street. And a spectacular little beach town center is less than two miles away for boutique shopping and quaint dining. Our new favorite little beach town!!!! Nice quiet place, short walk to the beach & short drive to stores & restaurants.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The hosts were so thoughtful and the property had everything a guest could ever need - down to beach chairs, coffee, suntan lotion and even pre-made ice. They also left a bottle of wine and thank you note. I really enjoyed the personal touches and would recommend this property to anyone!
