Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with applicable fees:

1–5 nights: $25 per night

6–14 nights: $150 flat rate

15–29 nights: $200 flat rate

30 nights or more: $300 flat rate

Additional Guidelines

Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed

No parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests

Strict no-smoking or drug-use policy

Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund

NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests!
