Built in 2017, approximately 600 square feet, 2 room apartment. Walk in to a wide open kitchen/living room combination with a pull out couch. Big windows with wide trim, recessed lights and central air along with driftwood grey oak floors. There is one small bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The apartment is above a garage so there is a flight of stairs to access it. There is a cottage on the property as well that is rented separately. T

Stayed Sep 19, 2024We stayed for three nights and were thrilled with the property, host, and location. Clean apartment close to edgartown and oak bluffs. Host communicates well and was very accommodating. Will be renting again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024The stay was lovely. On a main road in Edgartown and a bus ride or 7 min drive from downtown. Easy to navigate check in and check out and incredibly responsive host. Some houses nearby were a bit loud some nights (a Wednesday and Thursday night) but it's to be expected for a beach town. Flat was well kept and not cluttered.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Gina was super responsive with check-in and check-out questions! Apartment was very nice - lots of living room space, very clean on arrival, and had no issues. Was perfect for a 4 night stay, super nice being in between Edgartown & Oak Bluffs, close to Edgartown beach & South Beach.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We were at family wedding events all weekend. We needed a clean safe place that was convenient (walking distance) to town. The apartment was just right for us. The cleaning, service, security & damage fees were too high.
