Our beautiful, modern & stylish flat has recently been renovated to a high standard and will provide you with a central & relaxing base for your visit to Edinburgh. Close to Princes St, it takes less than 8 minutes to walk from Waverley Train Station and Tram/Bus stops are a few minutes away. The Castle, if your legs aren't too tired is just a 15 minute walk up The Royal Mile and you are surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops in the City Centre



The stylish master bedroom benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room and there are two further comfortable bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single - both gorgeous!

Getting Around:

Buses run regularly from stops on Princes St, a 2 minute walk from the property.

    The quickest way to summarize this place is to say that they did a nice renovation of a small space, but now seem to be going cheap on the amenities. Pros: location in town is really great, a relatively easy walk from the main train station and very doable to the Royal Mile. The beds are pretty nice, and it was great to have three rooms for three adults. Bathrooms were nice.Cons: Kind of a bare minimum of glasses and dishware, and very few cooking utensils. Plan to eat out or order in. Woken up early in the morning by drunk people coming out of bars and/or 5 a.m. garbage trucks. It will be loud if you have windows open (we didn't). One bathroom fan didn't work, one lamp didn't work, so thinking they don't check things between rentals. One cultural thing - third floor in UK is fourth floor to Americans (my bad on that, but three flights did get old). Most VRBO hosts like to leave info about restaurants, sights to see, etc. No info at all left in the unit, although they responded via the app when I had a question.Basically this was perfect for the two nights we were there, probably would get old by the 4th or 5th day.

    Central location perfect for exploring Edinburgh. So many restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes all on your doorstep. Apartment was well maintained, clean and had all you needed for our stay although no microwave but we we never there long enough to need one as we were always out exploring and enjoying all the sites of Edinburgh!

    What can't I say about this wonderful apartment? The location within walking distance to everything you want to do in Edinburgh - YES! Within 100 yards of a dozen incredible restaurants - YES! A spotless property with everything you need - YES! Great communication with the manager - YES! If you are going to Edinburgh and need 3 bedrooms, then don't look anywhere else!!!

    WOW apartment in a really good location. Very clean, we were all very halpy when we checked in. Shame there wasnt a pint of milk for our arrival. Beds very confy Its at the very top so lots of stairs, not good for those that would struggle. Communication was perfect! Thank you :-)

    Couldn’t have asked for a more ideal flat for our 3 nights in Edinburgh Location couldn’t be more central- everything was within walking distance. The flat was clean and bright. Skylights were lovely. Decorations and updates were beautiful. Having a washing machine was essential and wonderful for our two week vacation. Just perfect! If we come back to Edinburgh , we will definitely seek out this flat again

    Great modern flat conversion. Very central with lots going on. A bit of street noise but just what you would expect given location.
