Stayed Mar 20, 2024The first thing that anyone should know is that this is not a stand alone apartment. It is attached to a home where the owners live but is managed by the worst vacation rental company, Suches Vacation Rentals. The listing fails to tell you this that you are parking in the same driveway as the homeowners. I should have been more cautious when I noticed only one review which is somebody they probably know. The TV did not work. I called/text the host Joni and never received a response the first night. They give you all of these numbers for after hours and do not respond to any of them. When they finally did reach out on our second day they kept saying they had not been in contact with the owner. I reached out to them again no response. Who wants to stay somewhere where there is really nothing to do without a TV? Her last message to me was she was going to bring a fire stick to see if that worked. No other response after that. I have since checked out and came home and the host still has not contacted me. I will never stay here again and will never use Suches Vacation Rentals. I called VRBO, who I booked with, to file a complaint on the host and the owner. The representative from VRBO placed me on hold while she called all of the numbers I had and she did not get an answer from any the numbers. We saw the owner one day when we were leaving and told him about the TV and his response was It's a new TV and no one else said anything. So sorry. He did not try to go get another TV.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Nice, little cozy place to stay for a quick weekend getaway from the city. It does have a mini fridge, so don’t expect to take much food with you. The location isn’t far for many wonderful downtown restaurants either, so that was never a problem. The back porch/deck area was very nice and relaxing. If you’re an early morning person, you can watch the sunrise over the mountain and trees from there too. Very clean, and well kept place to stay!
