Charming Log Cabin Apartment in Woodstock Village

What a wonderful apartment for a family trip! We had a great time and didn't lack for anything, though if we had I'm sure our hosts would have gone above and beyond to fill our needs. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great apartment for visiting Woodstock! We walked to town to eat at The Red Rooster and Mon Vert Cafe--both were very good. I suggest using AllTrails to identify nearby trails to hike. The wifi in the apartment was fine for email but not fast enough for video conferencing.

Great spot for everything we wanted to do in Woodstock. The apartment was well equipped for all our needs. Bob was great with recommendations of things to do in the area.

Our stay was wonderful! Bob is an informative, gracious host. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the apartment and the access to it and the town was fabulous! We would stay again and recommend the accommodations to friends and family.

We liked the roomy interior layout of the cabin and the wooden interior. It was great for cooking and eating. The location was perfect for us. Close to downtown but still in the woods. Would stay here again.

The property was as described and clean. We discovered we did not have hot water the first morning and after multiple attempts/avenues to contact the owner this was not resolved until the next day. This was extremely inconvenient as we were there to participate in a horse show (i.e., we were sweaty and dirty after full days outside in the heat) and we had to find an alternate place to shower. Pillows need a serious upgrade!

Very comfortable apartment over the garage with a view of the hills. Convenient to downtown Woodstock and a short drive to Quechee Gorge. Plenty of really good restaurants from which to choose. Just ask Bob! He was very helpful and easy to communicate with during our stay. Just bring food and some libations. Nothing more needed.

This log cabin garage apartment in the “Woods of Woodstock” is surrounded by a lush forest. The yard was manicured with beautiful flowers. The apartment is actually larger than the pictures indicate. It was spotlessly clean and the tempur pedic mattress was very comfortable. Bob and Sherry, the host, made sure the AC was properly cooling the apartment in the extreme heat that was occurring during my visit. I now have a new “home away from home” when I come to visit my family in Vermont.

Lovely unit just a short walk to the center of town. Had everything we needed for a wonderful few days... TV, internet, appliances, room for our bikes, pretty garden views, clean. Great location from which you can explore the Upper Valley area. Looking forward to returning!

The property is in a great location and within easy reach of the town and facilities. However, the property is a little tired and in need of some updating. The shower was broken and needed fixing, awkward to use but when working was a good shower. The bedding needed renewing as old and shabby. The oven was dirty on arrival. With these little things sorted it would be a great stay and we we go again if needed. The owner was in touch via email and was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much - it’s quite relaxing and peaceful in the wooded area.

The property was beautiful. We just had a 10 inch snowfall. The surroundings were gorgeous with the snow. Easy trip over to Killington. Great x country skiing at golf course. Would have loved to hike the trails above town. Maybe next time. Town was quaint

Great place, clean spacious and conveniently located near town (1/2 mile, we didn’t walk it because of bad hip and knees, our issue not house! ). Would definitely stay again

Perfect location for Woodstock fun

I stayed here for two nights while taking a photography workshop in Woodstock. It was perfect for my needs. It's an apartment above the garage adjacent to the main home. It was private, clean, quiet and relaxing. It's less than a mile to Woodstock center - although it does involve navigating a big hill. The hosts were great, too.

So convenient to downtown Woodstock. It had everything we needed. Host was available for any questions, and also gave us our space. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the Woodstock area of Vermont.

Cozy, comfortable home with all you need for a Woodstock stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely upstairs apartment situated on a hill about a 10 minute walk to town. Wooded and garden views, peaceful environment and easy access to surrounding areas by car. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi and great cable!! Helpful local maps and magazines. We will be back!
