Charming Historic Downtown Savannah Home, Walk Everywhere, Free Trolley!

We enjoyed our stay. Heather met us to check us in. After she left, I told my husband it felt reassuring to know someone if we needed helps with anything. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was very clean, and Heather had a few extra touches that made a huge difference. She had a small cooler, beach towels, a picnic blanket and one beach chair. She also had large rain umbrellas in case of rain. The parking was very easy to do. We easily found a spot in front of the house. You have to pay but it was worth it to have the car nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great location and cozy space.

We loved the location and the property. A very walkable location to shops and restaurants.Host was very helpful and responsive as well as flexible on check in.Only downside is parking. Not the fault of owner but we are from a rural home and are not used to managing and paying for parking. Especially in residential area. Come on Savannah, help the homeowners out!Loved our stay. Property had everything we needed.

This was a great place for a couple to stay. Not too far from all the action in Savannah, but quiet enough not to hear all of the commotion in the evenings. Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean. Owner was easy to contact. I would stay there again.

Host was communicative and easy. The unit was well air conditioned and so cozy that you might want to stay forever.

this place was perfect for our three day visit to savannah!! we actually parked the car and did not use it again until the day we left! Parking is located out front, and using the app is very easy. You can even do it remotely if you need to. Everything was clean, and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the wine and cheese and crackers Heather left for us, along with some cokes and water. The air-conditioning worked great it was a welcome relief at the end of a long walking day!!!! communication with Heather was always easy and she's very responsive to any questions you have. Would definitely stay here again!

A true gem of a property in Savannah! Everything was an easy 5-15 minute walk within the north historic area. We had heard parking was difficult but honestly we had no issue finding close parking and was even able to snag one of the three free parking stalls on Price Street several times. Our host Heather was amazing, providing detailed information on all the best to-do, parking, eating, etc. She stayed in contact the entire time as we had questions or needed recommendations. The property was quiet, clean, and perfect for a couple looking to get away. The host also owns the upstairs unit so if you are on a couples trip or need a second space for family be sure to check on the other property as well.

Lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance…I would definitely stay here again.

First time to Savannah, we loved our stay! The walkability to everything - do the hop on & off trolly - Heather’s place is perfect, giving you a feel for the ambiance of this city & where you are. You can hear traffic on the one way street from the bedroom - this was more of a problem for me, not my husband, but the bed is a dream. 3 day stay, probably needed another day in this lovely city. Thank you Heather, you have a historic gem.

Nice location that was convenient to many restaurants and activities. Within walking distance to many sites, riverfront, museums, etc. We left our car parked most of the time and walked to everything since most within 5-15 minute walk. Paid parking during the day and free during evening and on Sundays. A few free spots on side street. Parking was no issue with us. Place was very clean and as stated in the listing. Heather was a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again on a future visit.

Parking was easy, shops nearby, House was clean, every safe location, just minutes from downtown restaurants and Historic Parks.

I loved the place. It was well equipped with all the essentials if needed. It was clean. There was enough space for two or maybe three people, if someone slept on the sofa. Communicating with Heather was easy. I liked that I was greeted upon arrival. Being alone, walking @ night was a little too deserted for me. It was about a 15 min. walk to return from my evening.

The property was as described. It was very clean and equipped with all essentials. It was conveniently located in the historic district. The wine, cheese, crackers and water were an extra. Will definitely return.

Amazing! Heather was responsive, flexible, and kind. The place itself was super cute, and we found everything we needed. We were especially happy to find items for the beach, which made our beach day smoother. It was clean, the rules were clear, and the location was perfect for historic downtown. Me and my husband enjoyed our lovely honeymoon in Savannah. The location was perfect, a walk or quick drive to almost anywhere in the historic district. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 recommend and hope to stay there again soon!

Loved the location of this property as was within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. The property owner provided ample products for use by her guests. Also we enjoyed the old southern charm of the home. All around great experience!

Location is right between River and Parks

This is our 3rd time staying at this house, I love how centrally located you are to everything. We always have a great time in Savannah. The house is very cosy and clean. Heather is a great host I alway recommend this place to someone looking for a fun getaway!

Attractive, comfortable home in a great location. We walked almost every where we went. So happy how clean and organized it was. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels. Thinking of coming back and would definitely stay here!

This place was a perfect place to stay to tour the historic downtown Savannah neighborhood. The property had plenty of space and was nice and clean, so we immediately felt at home for our stay. Nearly everything is in easy walking distance, and it is easy to pick a route that is a fun part of the experience itself, past historic properties and beautiful parks. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

We stayed in Savannah for our anniversary. Heathers place was simply perfection. Ample room, easy walking location to literally everything, thoughtful additions. We could not have asked for a better place. She gave us plenty of recommendations, left us a map with notations and even snacks to get us started. Having shampoo, conditioner and soap was convenient. There were blankets and towels if you wanted to go to the beach, umbrellas for rain. She has thought of everything. We really enjoyed our trip!

Perfect location within the city. Easy walk to the river and the gardens. There is a free trolley with a stop a block away, but we ended up just walking everywhere! Food options are amazing. Heather provided quite the list for food as well as things to do. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The soaker tub was a surprise that hubby really appreciated! We will stay here again on any trips that include Savannah!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was really easy - Heather met us and gave us a thorough walk through. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Bed very comfortable- hotel quality. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable especially after a long day of walking. As described, we were in walking distance to most places. For places too far we did Uber and it was easy and not expensive. Heather provided a great map and ideas to visit. We did use free trolley to get around as well. We had a great stay and would recommend.
