Stayed Nov 25, 2025This was my second time staying here. Cynthia is an attentive, welcoming host. Everything is thought of and addressed. Kitchen is well stocked....including coffee needs. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We stayed for 4 nights and this is a great location in Windsor. 1 block from the lake and walk to restaurants and bars. 1 hr from Denver and Boulder if you’re heading that direction. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was the perfect location

Stayed May 23, 2025My son locked our bedroom door and we were locked out at 11:30 12 o’clock at night called the hostess and she came out of her night and came around to a 20 minute driving and opened it for us and we think you’re very polite and kind for that. Thank you
