Stayed Mar 24, 2024I may not go back to Charleston, but if I do, I would stay here again! For some reason, the pictures just don't do it justice. Randall was able to greet us and even went as far as helping us with our bags. Communication was great. Parking was across the street, which I was actually super grateful for. Charleston driveways are not fun, but we were able to park in their parking lot (easier to maneuver). I did have trouble finding parking one day, but Randall came to the rescue and all was good. This place is blocks away from King St - lots of food and shops. Coffee shops real close - Holey City Bagels, Bad Bunnies but my favorite was cafecito for Cuban coffee. I'm not a fan of city driving so we took a bike taxi to the City Market. A little pricey but would do it again. Beds were comfy. Each room has its own bathroom. Only drawback, you can hear the guests upstairs a little (but you'll probably get that at any of the older homes) and we struggled getting the heaters to work despite the very detailed instructions that are included in the binder. I would/will recommend this place to my friends and hope they like it as much as we did.

Stayed Sep 11, 2020This place is exactly as described. We could walk to King St. and its many offerings. You don't need a car and if you have one there is free parking provided by the owner. The owners are quick to respond to concerns. The area is very quiet and safe to walk around. It was a great stay and we hope to be back in the future.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020We enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The garden apartment was just right for a couple. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for 2 people if you decide to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay here again. A lot of careful planning went into this renovation.
