Catalina - Beautiful Remodel- AC, Smart TV, WiFi, W/D, BBQ-mins to Beach

This is the cleanest most beautiful VRBO! The hosts were so sweet to work with and even refunded us our pet fee since our little dog passed away just before we came to stay so we’ll definitely be back plus it is within walking distance of restaurants & shops near the ocean and was a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-5 and a. Wry comfortable bed!

First off.... the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a VRBO! Perfect location, super responsive and helpful host. I extended my stay because I loved it there so much! It's a small space but well laid out and very cozy. Huge bathroom and closet, full size fridge, comfortable couch, cute front patio, and dog friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)

We stayed for 5 weeks, while awaiting our first grandbaby to arrive, as well as for staying after she arrived to help out. This was such a lovely place to call 'home' during this time. Gave us the opportunity to be with the baby quickly, as well as our own space. Really a wonderful place!

The property is in a very quiet, safe & central location. Unit was exactly as advertised. Furnishings and accessories were all top notch. Perfect size space for a 30-day stay. We felt right at home in the Catalina suite. Zach & Debra were great hosts.

I Couldn't have found a condo in a better location... in is in the heart of Dana Pt, close to the harbor, the beach, and some of my favorite area retaurants. Debra and Zack, the property owners, are a delightful couple. In summary... a wonderful experience.

My mother and I were here for January until March and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. It was a great location, the property was beautiful, clean and so much more. The customer service with the owners was amazing, very nice people who care about their guest and providing excellent customer service. One of the best places we’ve stayed in our travels. Debra and Zach are great hosts. The property is stylish and well kept. Great location with easy walkable access to Dana Point restaurants and the harbor.
