Stayed Dec 26, 2023This condo has all the potential to be a solid 5*… yet a few misses force the rating downwards. On the positive side, this place really has a great location, a few minutes from the beach and a number of great restaurants. It has a very nice pool (shared by all the condos), a lot of space (quirky layout, one of the bedroom is in the living room) and all of the beds are very comfortable. Now what could be improved: While there are a lot of kitchen supplies, they are really quite random and worn down: some of the pans need to be throw out and it would be nice to invest in a few key items (a good bottle opener for example). Same feeling for some of the apartment equipment: the TV doesn’t work, there’s a water ozoner but that also doesn’t work and there aren’t any beach supplies you would expect (beach chairs and/or parasol). Somes shades in the bedrooms would also be nice. Finally, we were surprised to see a breakdown in communication after our arrival. Initial communication is very well done with a WhatsApp group, pre-arrival survey, guide, etc. But then, there was little to no follow up on many items: no one replied to our pre-arrival survey; we had two water outages: the property manager quickly answered, said they would monitor and follow up and then… no further word; finally, when we asked hat was going on with the tv, we simply never got answer! We didn't even bother telling them about the mice.. That being said, none of this prevented us from having a great vacation!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022Our stay could have been alot better if the small important things were not looked over... Linens we gross, my oldest daughter was complaining of blood stains on her sheets and one of our pillow cases were moldy. There were only 4 bath towels and were not replenished or washed at all after cleaning. Our 1st night there we were locked out as the instruction did not indicate main door to complex closes at 10pm and we could get our golf cart in. We tried to contact the concierge but no one answered. Location wise it is great and the actual property is nice. A little TLC and this place would be great.
