Please note that this is a bottom-floor unit, and while we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, there may be occasional light noise from the surrounding area or units above. The backyard is reserved for private use and is not accessible to Casa Luna guests. Unauthorized entry, including by any animals, will result in a fine.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by more than four (4) unrelated people. This does NOT apply to families.

Guest Access:

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

    Great location, very clean, and all amenities were wonderful. For our stay, only downsides were that construction and/or renovations in the upstairs unit. The noise and disruptions were during daytime hours so mornings was dampened a bit. Of note, the window shades offer no privacy so need to be aware especially in bedrooms and bathrooms that do not have curtains that can be closed. The property is wonderful otherwise

    The communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. The house looked the same as the picture. It was very clean and had nice amenities. The location is close to all of the tourist spots in Charlotte. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

    My friend and I decided to come to Charleston to change up our work from home days a little and explore the city in the evenings. This duplex was spacious and had plenty of room for us to both work comfortably. One thing to note about the property is that it’s a two story duplex with the unit we rented being the bottom unit. There is noise from up above when someone is there. The listing mentions duplex but we assumed it was side by side. The property was clean and cozy and equipped with everything you would need. Great location in a cute, quiet neighborhood.

    This apartment is great, it is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very eclectic neighborhood, short walking to the beautiful Hampton Park. It is far from the noise of the city but close drive to the center of the action.The host and staff were very responsive every time I asked a question. This is the place to stay when in Charleston. I do appreciate the hospitality and the hard work done to make this an excellent property.

    This home was perfect for our stay in Charleston. Located just a few blocks from King Street made this home ideal for a quick trip down town, Just to be fully transparent, the home is located in a neighborhood that has some beautiful houses as well as ones that are in terrible condition with some even being boarded up. This seems to be an area going through the revitalization process. The homes in our immediate vacinity were well cared for. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home to stay in for our time in Charleston. It was immaculate and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Stay Duvet was very responsive every time we had a question and they were very helpful when we were seeking recommendations for the area. Please don’t let the comment about the area detour you from this property… I just wanted to make sure you are aware. There were always people out on a jog or walking their dogs and we always felt safe. Also, the local Food Lion was only blocks away making it very convenient for anything we needed. So, go ahead and book this beautiful home… you won’t be disappointed.
