Stayed Jan 8, 2022I had a great work/vacation time in casa da tenda. 4 weeks away from the German cold really enhanced my well-being. The hosts Fatima and Joao are kind and patient with non-Portuguese speakers. Garry was really helpful as English contact and helped whenever I had a question (e.g. COVID test center locations). The free bananas, eggs and fresh vegetables are a nice bonus. Thank you Fatima, Joao and Garry for my vacation experience. I’m currently learning Portuguese to enhance my next experience on Madeira.
