Building 108 Quaint and Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment in a Great Location

It was so cute! Linen, and kitchen essentials there, overall great stay.

Good location, easy walk to anything in downtown. Cozy accommodations, parking right outside the door. Quick responses from the host!

Very clean and comfortable. Just the right amount of space in all the rooms. Location was a 15 minute drive to Giants Ridge, great pizza/bar across the street, and a grocery store just on the other side of that. Plenty of supplies (towels, kitchenware, blankets, etc) for everything we needed during the stay. It worked perfectly for our skiing/snowboarding weekend!

The host was very responsive and avilailable. I know some aren't and that can be a problem.The Apartment was perfect for the three of us. New construction, nice layout and furnishings. January and temps down to 5 below, but we were nice and cozy. We were Skiing Giants Ridge and this was only 5 mins away, couldn't have been better. The apartment is right in the town of Biwabik Nice pizza places and pub across the street, and a Super One grocery store a short block away. Perfect for our needs.

This was our 2nd stay here and it was great. We highly recommend it. We plan on returning again next year.

Left the rental a day early on Wednesday and I’m getting a text that a rule was broken about smoking and will be charged an additional payment.I did not smoke in the rental to be chrarged and she has smoke detectors so those alarms would have went off if there is any type of smoke which they didn’t,so I dont think it’s fair when I don’t do what she said I did and literally her parkin lot is two bars outside 50 ft away so we can all assume what she was smelling,or just wants extra money for nothing.its not right

Nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable furnishings and good location for food, drink, and groceries.

This was a great home base for us during a vacation with family staying nearby. We easily made trips to Ely, Crane Lake, Chisholm, and the North shore. It was great to come back and unwind in our quiet apartment with easy access to groceries, gas, and a liquor store.

The property is nice and clean. Communication with the property owner was very easy. The Vrbo communication leaves lots to be desired. The website needs lots of work.we got lots of” Ooops, something went wrong,please try later” or something like that.

Everything was great! Please consider letting your guests adjust the thermostat themselves. Too hot for us old people. Just set up a max of 60 - 75. Thanks again!

Easy to access and very comfortable.

This marks our second winter ski trip to Giants Ridge, which is just a few miles up the road. Biwabik is a great place to stay as it’s close to the ski hill and has a great grocery store and nice restaurants. And the rental property is top notch. Clean. Comfortable. And feels like home. W highly recommended.

Great place near restaurants and short drive to Giant's Ridge for snow sports. Although its in the alley across from bars/restaurants it was quiet. We'll be back again!

We had a wonderful time, played golf, drove highway 61 and saw some beautiful country. Biwabik was a great location, and the apartment was perfect. We would stay here again, and don’t miss the pizza across the street, the light houses on the lake and the great state parks. Didn’t see a moose but we’ll keep looking.

This was a great spot just a few minutes from our sister's cabin. It was just as pictured. The place was spotless and had very nice decor. Also the convenience of a gas station, liquor store, and supermarket all within 2 blocks was very nice. We will definitely come to stay again. Paula was a great host. We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean. Near a good pizza place and grocery store. Very quiet. Will definitely return in the future.

Paula’s place is super clean, well appointed, comfortable and convenient. This was my 3rd visit and I plan to return in the future.
