The location and comfort of this property were perfect. We were able to spend afternoons relaxing on the couch and playing games at the table and the beds were very comfortable. This host went above and beyond to help me out of a situation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this home was excellent! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The location was perfect for exploring Savannah. Chase was easy to work with and available for any questions and also told us about sightseeing deals to grab.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished. The beds were super comfortable, and the high-end linens felt luxurious. It's also centrally located so we could walk everywhere. And, to top it off...they even provided coffee & creamer to start our adventure with a pep in our step. We plan to stay here again!

This space was perfect for our group! Two families traveling to see our daughters for parents weekend:) It was nice to have the great socializing space. It had everything we needed!

I wanted to live at the Pirate Bar just across the street! It was in a perfect place for downtown Savannah. We wandered and wandered. The apartment was large, well equipped, had everything we needed, and lovely light. Would stay there again!

This was one of the best VRBOs we stayed at! It was well set up and with having two kids that went to bed earlier than us, I loved how the bedrooms were a bit tucked away from the main living area.The mattresses were quality and this may be the first VRBO that I’ve stayed in where there were different types of pillows on the beds to appeal to different types of sleepers. This is also one of the only VRBOs that I’ve stayed in where there were actual curtains on the windows, which made a huge difference. We have been lugging travel blackout curtains with us every time we’ve stayed in one, and this is the first time we have not had to use them. The flat was also incredibly clean. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It was also well stocked and had a quality cooking pan which I don’t see often in rentals. And we were able to walk so many places which was great. You can hear some of the cars on the street overnight just with the location, but we also use noise machines and our kids slept right through it, and I adjusted to it pretty well myself. This is one that I would definitely stay again in next time we are in Savannah!

Great location. We were able to walk to everything planned except for Bonaventure, even that was just a short Uber ride. Very pleased with the cleanliness and cozy accommodations. Thank you!

Chad's flat in historic Savannah was perfect! It was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is walkable to the riverfront, great restaurants and historic attractions. Chad was very helpful with recommendations and very quick to respond to messages.I highly recommend staying here!

It was just like it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the location near the river front and easy access to historic savannah. Highly recommended

Great property. Extremely clean. The only downside was the downstairs renter continuously left the common door unlocked.

Everything was clean, and we had all the ammenties that were needed for a great stay. It truly is a convenient walk to everything. River street is 2 blocks away and the Pirates House restaurant is literally on the other side of the street. Parking was right outside so you are always close to your car (go get a city wide parking pass it's much cheaper than the meter). Everything else was fine. It's a great safe location with automated locking systems for both doors of the apartment building. Thanks for the great stay!

Great place!

My spouse and I stayed in this wonderful home in Savannah. We were near everything. There are a few steep steps to have to walk up in order to enter this home but I was able to do it! Chase responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was easy! The bed was co comfortable that we got enough rest to be able to explore the city like we wanted. I highly recommend taking the trolley tour around one full day because you can hop on hop off all day until 5pm if you pay for the all day tour. We definitely look forward to staying here again. Also taking an Uber to get anywhere we didn’t want to walk was easy and fast pick up. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this remodeled older home. We were able to park right beside the house and we never moved the car. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The house was immaculately clean. Products used were plentiful and high quality. Would stay here again.

Loved this place!! PERFECT location! Easy short walk to River street, many restaurants, shopping, art gallery district, etc. We walked everywhere! Entire flat was immaculately clean, kitchen well appointed, lots of great touches like throws on sofa, umbrellas, beds and bedding great, easy entry, parking on street easy and easy to pay through app also! And hosts very responsive! Better than advertised and Highly recommend!

Stayed 4 nights and place was so clean and beautifully furnished. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfy. Plenty of towels and shower pressure was perfect. We didn’t really cook there, but it had everything you could need. Would definitely return here!

This property is on the second floor of the house. It is within walking distance to everything. It had absolutely everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We had a great girls trip. We would definitely go back!
