The VILLA CASA RIPI is situated between Siena and San Gimignano 5 km far from the ancient village Radicondoli. Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was recently restored in a typical medieval natural stone design.
The location gives its guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view.

This generously furnished apartment is the house’s source of pride. As the winter residence of its owner, the artist Cristiana Mewes, it reveals a special charm and a positive radiance thanks to the interior design and the various artworks. The apartment extends itself over the house’s entire first floor and its distinguishing feature is definitely the huge roof-terrace with sunroof, outdoor fireplace & BBQ, which allows a 180° panorama-view on the surrounding hills. It was elaborately renovated in typical Tuscan style and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests.

The apartment’s living space counts 120m², protruding with a wide super-equipped kitchen and dining room, a big living room with a grand open fireplace, three large bedrooms and a bathroom (WC, bidet, hair-dryer, bathtub with shower) .

“The Mussel-Room” has one double bed
“The Red Room” comes with a double bed and a sleeping loft for 1-2 guests
“The Green Room” provides a single bed and a sleeping loft for 1-2 guests
Direct access to the panorama-terrace from the mussel room and the kitchen.
Kitchen equipment: electric XXL-oven and grill, 5-burner gas hob, lavastone gas grill, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, “Pavoni” espresso machine, coffee machine and a kitchen fire oven.

Free joint use of the house’s panoramic swimming pool (approx. 8,55 x 5,00m – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site.
