Bright Parkside Apartment w/ Private Parking by Lucky Savannah

Great location to all the parks. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Loved that it's location is next to Forsythe Park.

Pros: Nice place, parking spot was a great bonus- pretty much the car was tucked in the back of a building our entire stay. It is older apartment building and the unit is on the lower level. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was on a nice, quiet street. We walked everywhere, it is about 25 min of strolling from the unit to the river walk. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops along the way. Cons: the shower stall is narrow and the shower curtain is being blown in by a fan and it’s touching a person taking a shower. Just do not like that. Moving it several inches out would make a big difference. There was total of 2 hangers in entire closet. We lived out of a suitcase for 5 days. Checkout was very simple. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again. The little communication we had during the booking process was excellent and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Great location, clean apartment. Parking was tight in my allocated space but manageable. Would gladly stay there again.

Very cute and comfortable place in a great location.

Parking situation was not great. Though I appreciated having an assigned space, the space was difficult to get in and out of. Also, since the access to that unit was blocked off at that end of the building, it requires walking along the back of the building on a driveway made of cracked concrete and gravel.

A perfect location. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need. No dishwasher though. Master bed was VERY comfortable.

All was very good at your property… the does need to be some cleaning around the baseboards, especially in the bedroom. The TV in the living room stopped working or we could not turn on. Also the only remote that worked was the one for the bedroom TV. Kitchen, bathroom were great and appreciated the washer / dryer. Thank you for the communications and hopefully we can use you again in the future. Also, the location was perfect. Great location to walk all the squares and access to River Street.

Nice clean apartment on a beautiful street. Parking spot is a plus because wherever you go you have to pay to park. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, Forsyth Park is just down the street. River Street is a fifteen minute walk through beautiful squares. We loved our stay here. Savannah is a great vacation spot.

This was the perfect apartment for our St Patrick's season festivities in downtown Savannah. The proximity to Forsyth Park's playground and the St Patrick's Day parade route were fabulous for our spring break trip. We were able to explore downtown on foot and by free dot bus. We will look into staying here again.

Location was great; very quiet area and on-site parking was a bonus. We had an issue with entry, but management responded quickly to resolve the issue. Only thing is the doorwall in the bedroom needs better drapes as the current ones do not offer limited privacy.Only thing that would have added value to our stay would be little touches of hospitality from the owner, such as coffee, laundry supplies, and an ice tray.

The location of this apartment was perfect. Right across the street from Forsyth Park in the historic district. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. A lovely area.

Great location with parking

The location is great and within short distance to major attractions. No driving and the longest walk was 30 minutes of beautiful cobblestone streets and parks. The property is nice and the host made check in and out very simple.

Every apartment but ours had reasonable parking. There is no way 14A and 14B should be 2 parking spaces.

Host was great. Was available to help even late at night and kept us informed when there was an issue w internet. We received the check in information in an easy to access format. Everything was clean and all the thing we needed were there.

Great location very walkable. I felt very safe. It was very quiet.

Great area, we loved being right in the corner of the park. The unit was clean and comfortable, we didnt use the kitchen but it was stocked with all the essentials to prepare and reheat food. There was no dishwasher so we had a good chuckle about the dishwasher tablets left for us and the direction to load and run the dishwasher for check out. Parking was directly behind our unit and the sliding door on the back made unloading and loading quite easy, the parking space was not easy to spot at first and it is a small space but perfect for us as we like to walk the city and take the trollys. There are 2 trolly stops very close to this location which was very nice.

Overall the location was great! We loved being close to the park and walking distance to stores & restaurants we wanted to go to downtown.

The unit is clean and well appointed. Right next to Forsythe. Parking was a plus although very tight. Just around the corner from my daughter’s carriage house so made it easy to get her moved out. The only issue was the deodorizer used was excessively strong.

The location was primo & having attached property parking was such a plus!

We had a great stay in this unit. Property management was available, helpful & quick to respond. The unit had everything we needed & the location was perfect for what we were in to do.

The location of the condo was perfect. It was right near Forsyth Park. We could walk anywhere. There was no need to rent a car. The property was extremely clean and we felt safe It was within walking distance to a Kroger as well. We would definitely return.

Clean, great location on charming street, next to beautiful park. Just what we needed to explore Savannah.

The place was just like described. Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Although parking was a definite plus it was very tight and someone left a dumpster trailer in a non-parking spot which caused problems.

Easy to walk.

Everything was great. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Would have been nice to have a couple pf chairs on the patio. It was within walking distance to so many things

2 adults and 2 kids, we had a great time. The property is in a great location and has everything that's needed. The king bed was excellent instead of a queen, which was partly why we chose this one. It's ground floor, so no stairs. The property was clean on arrival. Good things provided like oven, full fridge/freezer, coffee maker. The only small gripe was it's the hardest parking spot to get to. They list it as compact only, but if both neighbors are there, it would've been nearly impossible to get into the spot. Luckily, we didn't run into any problems, and didn't really drive anywhere during our stay. Great experience overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in an awesome location especially at Forsyth park. I enjoyed running while on our stay. The place was very clean and cozy.

This was the perfect spot for us to celebrate a long birthday weekend. Clean and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood with an easy walk to downtown.
