Bridge St Beauty, Brunch & Bars [2 Beds 1 Bath]

Once we checked in we immediately noticed our apartment was not clean. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed was not made. We contacted the host, who eventually said there was an API issue between Vrbo and our cleaning software. The host then offered us the bigger (and cleaner) unit upstairs. We had a two night reservation, and so, asked if we could have this unit for the duration of our stay, to which the main host agreed to. The host then messaged back saying Hi, I apologize but my co-host brought to my attention we do have a guest that booked on a different platform slated to check into Bridge St Beauty Unit C tomorrow. This was very frustrating as we had to move our luggage and groceries downstairs the next morning. Poor communication between the two co-hosts, and no accountability to double check to see if our unit was clean. Will not stay with this host again.

Loved, loved this property! Extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. Great neighborhood for walking/running as well. Check in and check out were super easy, and communication with property manager was exceptional. Was perfect for a work trip, and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot that is near downtown for a solo or 2 person getaway to Grand Rapids!

This little place just outside of downtown Grand Rapids is the perfect spot for a couple or a family traveling with small children. The apartment is well appointed, clean and convenient to local attractions. Magnificent host, responsive to any inquiries or needs. 5 stars for sure.

Needed a place to stay after an operation and this was the perfect one. I would recommend a few more amenities like a toaster and more lighting.

Bridge Street Beauty B was a welcome surprise during a two day layover in Grand Rapids! We loved the vibe at the property and the short walk to New Holland Brewery, Butcher's Union, Bridge Street Market, and many other great establishments. Ron's Quick Stop convenience store and G.R. City Market party store are also a short walk from the property. Property owner is very responsive and informative!

Likely to be be one of my favorite vacation rentals I've ever had.

The apartment was 5 minute drive from a wedding venue and Trent allowed us to check in a bit early so we could change after our long drive - thank you!! We took advantage of the location and walked to many of the ArtPrize venues on Saturday. Great location. It best for 2 people as the sofa sleeper is located in the bedroom.

Very clean, nice layout for 2 people or a small family. It was very easy to get a quick response from the owner when needed. Close to bars and restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend!
