Stayed Sep 3, 2025This was the absolute perfect property as I stayed in Franklin for a month to help my daughter and her family after the birth of their second child. The place was immaculate and decorated so prettily, the property was gorgeous, it is in a fantastic location, and it is well stocked with necessities and amenities. Amy is so kind and thoughtful and really has made the guest house feel like home. The layout is superb and feels much more spacious than it appears. Everything this property has to offer just can’t be captured by the photos posted online. I will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Our stay in Franklin was wonderful due to this great space to stay while visiting our children. Much more than your typical VRBO accommodations. The amenities and furnishings are the best in quality and comfort. No hesitation about staying here again.
