We enjoyed our stay at Las Palomas. Property was very clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved our walks on the beach.

From the very start to the very end we absolutely loved our time in Rocky Point, in this condo. The condo was very spacious and well stocked with everything you would need for your entire stay. Communications with Jared were so easy. He responds almost immediately. We will definitely stay at this condo again.There were absolutely no issues at the border. Got right through.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palomas. The check in process was seamless and easy, the grounds were clean and safe and the staff was courteous and thoughtfulThe condo was well maintained and clean but there were a few things I would suggest to make it better1) brighter lighting would be helpful: the lighting in the living room and especially the dining area was very low. We played games one night and the lighting was so low at the dining table it was difficult to see the cards2) beach toys would be good for families. I reached out to the contact for the property to see if there were beach toys and didn’t get a response. We were disappointed to find that on our way to check out we found a bucket under the bunk beds that had floaties(odd placing) We could’ve used them if we had known. More toys like pails and shovels or even beach chairs would’ve been nice3) the TVs didn’t work. The TVs in the guest bedroom and living room were glitchy. We tried to watch television and couldn’t because the picture kept going out4) the living room couch was iffy. The couch was cloth material and I generally don’t like renting spaces with cloth couches because of the lack of being able to clean properly. I prefer leather for that reason. Although the couches looked clean (a tiny bit worn)I didn’t feel comfortable getting comfortable on those couchesOverall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo was sufficient for our needs. If the items I mentioned above were updated or fixed I would given a 5

Comfortable unit, well equipped, nice view

4 Seniors who needed sunshine, beach air and walks, excellent dinners of fresh fish, beautiful resort, and great times together! No issues of any kind crossing the border either direction. Lovely 4 days. Lucky us!

We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults. The condo is very spacious, views and balcony are incredible and everything was super clean.

Property was okay-had some serious use, i.e. missing towel racks, knobs, sofa used very hard.

The place was overall very nice, had a few problems with plumbing issues, under kitchen sink and bathroom faucets, minor repairs needed to the overall condo. The kitchen needed a few more cooking utensils, like a spatula for one, kind of hard to flip things when cooking. Very minor things though. Would recommend.

This was our first experience with VRBO. We were all more than pleased, thoroughly enjoyed our time, the whole experience was seamless. The condo was fabulous as were the grounds, pool areas and beach. We would stay in this complex and this condo again, absolutely!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It looked exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated with stunning views from the balcony, and most importantly, it was very clean! We especially appreciated all the mirrors, including the full-length ones, particularly the one by the entrance. The beach access and parking were excellent. Although check-in took about an hour due to high traffic, John, the owner, was very responsive and assisted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Our friends and family are already asking for the details because they loved it from all the social media posts we shared!

This unit was great! Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms... plus a bunk room was perfect for my family and gave everyone their own space when needed. Loved all the seating on the patio, it was perfect to enjoy at night!

Excellent decoration taste, huge, long kitchen counter top with six bar stools, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, beautiful furniture, long dining table with chairs outside the patio along with sofa, loveseat and confortable lounge chairs. Excellent location with afternoon shade,other units face the sun in the afternoon.

This was a great 3 day getaway before our kids go back to college and high school. This property is in a prime location of the resort site. It was centrally located to all activities and beach access. The décor was inviting and the space was roomy and welcoming. The host left informative links for our visit for directions , dining options, and city sites near by. I would definitely visit again.

It wasnt the greatest experience at Las Palomas. We had refrigerator problems that took 2 days to fix. Floors inside and outside were filthy. Definitely weren't cleaned very well. The check in process was always difficult. Shouldn't be an issus especially when nobody was in condo before us for couple days. Water was supposedly out city wide throughout most of day but inly seemed to be at resort in certain areas. Toilets, showers and restaurants had water. All other areas in town had water. We were only notified the night befire this happened.

We loved staying here during our weekend getaway! We loved not being too high up, the balcony views were great, the unit was clean and we appreciated the little items left behind such as soap, dish soap, wash cloths, etc. The only thing we were looking for were the pool floats/toys mentioned in the description but all closets were locked and we were unable to find those. Not a huge deal because the convenience store has some to purchase!
