    Chrystele is a warm welcoming host. The apartment is in a good area that is walking distance to the beach, good food markets and Intra Muros tourist area. It has everything needed for a good holiday. The only issue I could see would be that it has a flight of stairs - so would not work for everyone.

    This was a very comfortable, clean and quite well equipped apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood about 10 mins walk to the beach (and shops). It was about half an hours walk in to the old town of St Malo. (Quicker if we had used the bikes kindly supplied).There was an amazing balcony/patio which was a good little sun trap allowing an early morning coffee and late evening meals outside.Very comfortable place for the 3 of us. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, although worth noting, depending on your quality of French, she was French speaking.

    The landlord was there to greet us, and showed how everything worked. She is a charming lady, the flat was very clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. I highly recommend this flat.

    This house is very nicely updated and furnished, and the host provides all the amenities one needs and then some. The cakes and cookies that were provided were an especially nice touch and a big hit with the kids. The house is close to shops and restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a car so we really appreciated the private parking spot in front of the house, The old walled city of Saint-Malo is about 5 minutes away by car, or a 25 to 30 minute walk along the ocean. We were extremely happy with this place and would definitely stay here again.

    We loved the apartment. Everything about it was first class. The host was really helpful. The large terrace was lovely for sitting out. The walk along the beautiful beach to St Malo was great. Would highly recommend.

    Perfectly situated for a short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Chrystelle recommended Les Embruns for dinner. Make a reservation and GO! Spectacular food & lovely ambiance. Longish walk or short drive to walled old town and Solidor neighborhoods. In Late September, no problems to find parking just ouside of the old city. We would have biked with the provided bicycles if not for the rainy weather all 3 days of our visit. As for the appartment, comfy furnishings, very good shower, plenty of heat ( it was chilly and rainy), wonderfully appointed kitchen, We were sad not to have been able to take advantage of the loungers on the deck. (Darn rain!). It was great to have spacious and safe parking in a gated lot right at the apparment. Yummy Breton cookies, caramels, cidre, (and OJ) as a welcome treat.

    The apartment is modern and fully equiped, with a large decked area to the rear which is a real sun trap. We dealt with Chrystèle who speaks little English so communicated through HomeAway email with no problems - Chrystèle very quick to respond. The bottle of cidre, carton of orange and box of biscuits provided on our arrival was a lovely touch. The property is located in a residential area with butcher's, bakery and small supermarket close by. We couldn't have asked for anything more from the property, with 2 weeks of sun being a real bonus. Will look to stop here again on our next visit to St Malo.

    Spacious and comfortable flat, clean and very well equipped. Chrystele is charming and friendly, doesn't speak much English, but Sebastien clearly speaks good English (though we didn't meet him).
