We had a wonderful stay! There were 4 of us staying at Irvington House while we were attending workshops. Marc was helpful and accommodating with a couple of requests we had. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed.!I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Portland!

If you're headed to Portland, this is your VRBO, look no further. Delightful property in a wonderful neighborhood. We took countless walks and just enjoyed all the architecture. Coffee shop a block away-added bonus! There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance as well. Very centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking was a breeze right in front of the house, the backyard was.a great place to sit and read a book (I was visited by a delightful orange cat). Absolutely would stay here again. The hosts are a delight as well!

Our family was in town for our daughter's graduation from Portland State University. This was a great rental property for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The Irvington ‘apartment’ is amazing! Tons of character in the historic home, it really is a home, people! The neighborhood is a glorious collection of historic homes with different character, jaw dropping gardens, and a surprise bonus with the delightful local coffee shop just half a block north. The property was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we were looking for to unwind after some training we were participating in.

The house was beautiful and cozy, and the caretakers were helpful whenever we needed something. Great area, walkable to a cute coffeeshop, area with restaurants, and a bus stop to get around town without a car. Perfect for out-of-towners!

Great stay in leafy Irvington for our group. Spacious property in nice secure location and close to shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Much better option than CBD.

The three of us stayed here after a turning 60 week of hiking in Hood River and Cannon Beach. Needed a spot before I drove home and my two friends flew from PDX. Restaurants and bars close walk. PDX about 20 minutes away. Wish I could have cooked on that beautiful Gas Stove!!

A small group of us were in Portland to see a show at the Wonder Ballroom and we needed a place to stay before heading back to the Seattle area for a sporting event the next day. The home had comfortable bedrooms for everyone, and the living room and garden area were very nice for hanging out. Since we were only there for one night, we were not able to take full advantage of the kitchen and BBQ area in the garden, but they were well appointed and seemed like they had everything you would need to do some serious cooking for a group. Home and neighborhood were very quiet, and it was just a short walk thru historic neighborhoods to the Wonder Ballroom and some wonderful restaurants on Broadway. It would be nice to stay here again for a longer stay when we don’t have quite so many events planned and do a long Portland weekend. Thanks for making this home available, it exceeded my expectations and provided a great base for our mini adventure.

The apartment is very charming and spacious with a beautiful garden and a swing. It is in a nice residential neighborhood only blocks from the wishing tree, yet everything in Portland seems to be 15 minutes away at most. The owner is very welcoming and responsive. We had a fantastic stay!

Everything was just as described; very comfortable, clean, and had enough room for my husband and me and our 2 adult children. My husband appreciated everything needed for cooking. It is in a safe walkable neighborhood- loved walking around checking out the beautiful old homes!

Beach and views outstanding! House furnishings and layout were perfect for our family and friends. Highly recommend. Kitchen well stocked for quality cooking and eating experience. Hot tub awesome. Sleep to sound of waves.

This home is immaculate and so well appointed. The kitchen is updated and there’s a decent supply of basic cooking needs. The beds are cozy and the rooms were nice and cool for the summer. The owners were wonderful and so understanding when we accidentally arrived an hour early. I highly recommend this spacious residence. It’s close to everything!

This property far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the outside garden each evening with wine. The kitchen inspired our cooking. The location in an historic neighborhood invited evening strolls and was an easy drive to Portland’s best sites. Mark was so helpful in pointing out area features that truly enhanced our experience. A truly great find.
