Stayed Oct 11, 2025Spacious and nostalgic, we were pleasantly surprised. Plenty of street parking. Walkable to the lakefront and restaurants. They were also accommodating and allowed us to check out at 12 because my daughter had an online class until 11:30 am. Only thing was the noise from people leaving bars but it’s ok.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Spacious, cozy. But needs a lot of love and updates, AC is a window unit in one bedroom only and looking into the AC unit it desperately needs to be cleaned. Finding the front door was a little troublesome, needs a sign or something to identify it better. Great communication with the owners. Would stay again in colder months.

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Location cannot be beaten. Seemed like a block from everything!It's historic, has everything you need. It is not new and shiny, but provides the essentials. It might be better suited for a guys trip, as girls can be more picky sometimes.Owner is very responsive and nice.Algoma is a great weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Our stay was nice but a few things could have made it better. We didn't realize the entire apartment was not air-conditioned. There is a window unit in one of the bedrooms which worked well. And one evening the bar across the street had loud music playing very late into the night. The apartment worked well for us for this last minute trip.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We were in town for the DC Beer festival. The apartment was clean and they left popcorn for us. They offered a great selection of DVDs to watch, which is what we did after busy days. Wonderful spot and we would definitely come back.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025My parents in law stayed here with us in a weekend trip up to Door County. We had a lovely vacation in the beautiful, sunny apartment. The chaise lounges in the living room were especially comfy. Even though it is a bit older, everything was clean and neat and tidy. It was perfect for our needs. Algoma is also such a cute town to stay in! There was lots of great food and beautiful small town charm!
