The property is about 7 minutes from the central bus station, about 20 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes from the next market. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The property was clean. What we did not know in advance is that we had to be quiet at around 10 so we mostly just went to the beach or stayed in Zadar. All in all we were very pleased with our stay there.
