Experience unforgettable holiday days in our cosy holiday apartment directly by the sea in Bibinje, just about 8 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The apartment offers space for up to 4 adults and 2 children on approx. 45 m² and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious, air-conditioned living kitchen with sofa bed, satellite TV, dining table and access to two south-facing balconies with magnificent sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-platecooker, sink, large fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. On the balconies, you can enjoy the sun and sea view - ideal for breakfast or cosy evenings. Bed linen and towels are included, and the washing machine can be used free of charge. Air conditioning is available (for a small additional fee).



The holiday home is located directly on the sandy beach, just a few steps from the water - perfect for children and families. A Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lawns, outdoor shower and barbecue area is also available to guests. Figs and grapes from the garden may be harvested free of charge. A private parking space at the house is available, pets are unfortunately not permitted.



The old town centre of Bibinje with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor is only a 5-minute walk away. Leisure activities in the area range from swimming, snorkelling, diving and jet skiing to boat and bicycle hire, kayaking or canoeing, water sports activities, banana boat rides and excursions to national parks or cultural attractions.
