Beach front apartment, in closed private condo (with 2 swimming pools)

Lovely apartment with so much room! Very handy for the beach which is very close

The property is wonderful, great location & really spacious. The balcony(s) give you a wonderful view of one of the best sunsets I've ever seen. The pool is clean & great treat. I would not hesitate to book the apartment again when travelling with my family in the north of Portugal.

Superou as expetativas!

The property was very spacious and well equipped. It suited us as a family of 5 very well. The balconies were fantastic with wonderful views of the sea. Joe the property owner was excellent at helping with our numerous questions and always replied promptly. The apartment block has a lovely pool that was not busy as most people are residents, which handily has a shower and toilet next to it so we didn’t have to go back to the apartment. The beach is across the very quiet road and is absolutely beautiful. An enormous sweep of soft golden sand and again it was never too busy. There are cafes and beach bars etc and we also went on a surfing lesson which was really fun. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The apartment is a lot bigger than we expected and is over two floors. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was amazing, and the pool was wonderful. It was a great base to explore the local area, we did day trips to Coimbra, Aviero and the Paiva Walkways. The winds can be quite strong from the Atlantic so be sure to bring a warm layer for the evening.

The appartment was a great surprise as it s a very comfortable, nicely decorated penthouse with 2 terraces where you can eat/drink while enjoying the sun, You really feel at home. It has a nice sea view. Having a swimming-pool in the residence is really a plus! Esmoriz is a good spot from where you can visit other places in Portugal by car. The railway station is around 20 to 30 minutes away on foot/ or 5 minutes by taxi (ph : +351 917 594 499). There are many restaurants/bars close to the appartment. We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant 'Malibu pizzeria' which is on th sea front. There is also a beauty parlour/spa just at the corner of the street. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. You can reach the beach in 2 minutes on foot. The owner of the flat- who lives abroad- is very available and answers very quickly to emails. So, you can rely on him despite the distance, even during your stay. The flat and the swimming-pool helped to make our trip to Portugal great!
