Stayed Sep 24, 2024Very nice and well appointed apartment but the location is in a sketchy area. While the beach is within walking distance, not an area where we felt comfortable walking, nor are there any restaurants w/in walking distance that we felt safe to try out. The neighborhood appears to be going through some changes and perhaps will improve over time.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023We chose this place based on the first picture which was deceiving. We thought it led directly to the water. After adjusting to the place without easy ocean access and an ocean view, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and ocean front restaurants. We did enter a street to go grocery shopping that had some “shady” men hanging around but otherwise we felt safe.
