We stayed for 3 nights, the place was perfect! We were able to cook our own meals, easy 10 min walk to the beach and many other shops. Neighborhood was very quiet as well.

One of the best places I've stayed and by far the cleanest and most well looked after. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Close to water and the rail trail. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a gem in a perfect location close to everything! The suite is well stocked for cooking and has a washer/dryer which was very handy for us. We would stay here again for sure.

Very clean, well kept, central location and well decorated. The property owners have great communication. Well equipped with towels, blankets, kitchen appliances, supplied coffee and tea, sugar, salt and pepper, Saran Wrap, milk, juices, dish soap, paper towels, dish towel, etc bathroom toiletries (qtips, shampoo, conditioner body wash, etc)

The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we never had any trouble finding a place to eat. The room was very clean and tidy, with a spacious living area and a kitchen-dining space where we could relax comfortably. The next day, the owner informed us that we could check out in the afternoon, which was very helpful as it allowed us to take our time getting ready and enjoy a leisurely morning exploring the city.Thank you so much

Thankful to the hosts Mike and Mary. This was a cute inviting space to rest and regroup after after my pup had surgery and we needed to remain in Penticton unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend this suite for those traveling to Penticton.

Our stay was awesome! The space was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I loved the location. I could walk to the downtown shops and cafes as well as the beautiful beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s. The space is just like the photos. It’s a very close walk to downtown and the beach. We weren’t there very long, but definitely would book again. Michael was very quick to communicate.

Great location and nice suite at a great price.

We booked a stay at the cozy suite for Peach Fest and have no regrets! The suite offered everything we needed and Mike and Mary already had many amenities ready for our late arrival including milk, water, coffee, tea and sugar. The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. We travelled with our 14 month old and it was exactly what we needed as a small family. It was a close walk to everything, about 15 mins to farmers market, downtown, Peach Fest and the beach, and lots of local breweries down the street. Communicating with Mike and Mary was easy and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Parking options were also fantastic. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would absolutely recommend the cozy suite, and hope to stay again in the future! Thanks for helping make our first family trip to Penticton so wonderful.

Very well stocked and extras like cream in the fridge, large can of coffee, many towels and linens. Walking distance to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. Just a lovely spot!

We took a beautiful drive from the Fraser Valley to come see a show at the Dream Cafe. Suite was extremely clean and cozy. Everything we needed and more.

We very much enjoyed our month-long stay in the Cozy Suite. We felt right at home within the first few days. Location is perfect, 15 minute walk to the lake and paceful Japanese Garden, close to restauraunts and shopping.Our hosts Mike and Mary were very helpful in getting us settled in and giving us information of the area. We will consider anothe stay in the future

You are right near everything Penticton has to offer. I walked everywhere but there is free parking available. The suite is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Mike and Mary were very helpful hosts, with easy check in and out and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. The suite is exactly as shown in the photos, with comfy seating, a small kitchenette and dining table for 4 people. I will be back!

We stayed at this location for 4 nights for a sporting event that was held at the lake. The proximity to the lake and other surrounding restaurants & bars was superb. Our hosts were very accommodating to our needs and helped where they can. I would recommend staying here.

Loved our stay in Penticton. The property was in a great location to walk to some really great restaurants. Everything seemed brand new. Nice and clean. Best coffee pot ever!

Stayed here with my sisters and daughter for 3 nights and we had an excellent time. The unit itself was very pleasantly decorated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the market on Saturday morning and did some wine tasting. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again! :)

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. It offered a central location, was very clean, withcomfy decor, a full kitchen and roomy living room. Despite it being very hot outside, the apartment stayed cool day and night. It was very quiet and well maintained. We will definitely stay again.
