Apt 2B Lake Bomoseen Inn “The Dog” with boat slip

The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.

The space
Apt 2B is a studio with a changing room unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.

Guest access
The floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are across the street. The Dog bar/ restaurant is open in summer.

Other things to note
There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. Sorry, no pets.
