We're located about 10 miles from world renown Santa Barbara, and 15 miles from the city of Ventura. Looking for. some shopping Camarillo Outlet Mall is located 30 miles to the South. Northward you find dozens of wineries, Solvang, and all directions have dozens of great golf courses. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, kayaking, whale watching, golfing, or just relaxing on the beach, Carpinteria vacation will become a fond memory that you and your family will yearn to repeat year after year. All of Carpinteria is easily walked in about an hour. There is also a cute public trolly and bicycles to rent (mostly summer). Amtrak stops many times each day for fast easy trip to Santa Barbara and points beyond. LAX is the International airport that serves the area, about 2 hours South.
