Apartment of 75m² in the Villa Sainte-Hélène (next to the Thermes)

Was a great stay in St Malo. Everything was workings as described or expected. Everybody's very polite and supportive... Nothing to complain about. Just perfect

We have visited Saint Malo many, many times and this is easily the best accommodation we have found. Literally one minute from the beach, five minutes from the supermarket and within easy walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Bright, quiet, excellently equipped with charming owners.

Perfect position, very nice apartment

We had a delightful time at our stqy in St. Malo. The apartment was spacious, well outfitted and wonderfully located. Our grandchildren loved being a stone’s throw away from the water. The beach was splendid. The owners were always quick to respond to any of my questions or changes. High marks.

The apartment within short walk from the beach and other amenities so 5 stars for the location. Christine is very responsive to any questions and kindly let us checked in earlier, which was much needed after an early arrival at Saint Malo. The apartment itself has all the facilities we need for a short family trip. However, I feel that it could do with a bit of tidy up such as the floor (a bit grubby) and ventilation (musty smells in the bedrooms and toilets). The apartment is single glazed so not very sound proofing for light sleepers. Overall it is a good place to stay for the pretty Saint-Malo.

Stayed at the Villa Sainte-Hélène for five nights and loved it. It is a minute walk to the beach. Short walk to the grocery store and boulangerie. Very comfortable inside. It felt more like a home than it did a short term rental. It has two bathrooms, which was a bonus. The Villa was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals. We would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. It was quiet at night and the kitchen is fully equipped. Thanks to both the owner and the manager for being so responsive when we had questions. There are two bathrooms but remember you are in Europe and one of the shower rooms is very, very small. This is not a complaint but just a point people should be aware of. We would definitely recommend this apartment wholeheartedly! Thanks.

The owners were very responsive, the house was marvellous and accommodated all the guests comfortably.

20 metres from the beach, supermarket and wonderful boulangerie only a block away, we 3 adults enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms small, kitchen and living area well set up and comfortable.

This newly renovated apartment is fabulous! We were in town to get to know the old city of St. Malo and visit the German bunker site of neighboring Cité d'Alet. Both are a 5 min drive away. Street parking is plentiful. Apartment is up a flight of stairs and occupies the area of the four large windows facing the photographer in the portrait of the home. The upstairs and downstairs apartments were unoccupied during our stay. Owner Christine met us at the apartment and was very patient with our limited French and conversed well in English. The house sits within about 50 yards of the beach and you can hear the surf with the windows open at night. Quiet part of town with little traffic. Grocery within 2 blocks. Apartment very well stocked with condiments, small grocery items, bath products, hair dryer and even laundry soap. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable and although we were just 2 people, 6 would fit easily without feeling cramped. A question about the hot water was answered immediately. Christine was available by phone and has a backup person in town for any issues. We really felt so comfortable here and did not want to leave! We will share this place with friends visiting the area.
