    We knew Llfranc and we knew the location was good but this apartment was awesome. The location can not be beaten, the views are Instagram ready and you'll be the envy of you friends and family when they see the photos. The facilities in the apartment are very functional with a washer, dishwasher, high speed Internet, bedding and towels. We really didn't need for anything except soap, shampoo and food. It is worth eating at home because the view is so good. I have to say the owner was so helpful. He greeted us on the first day, walked us down to the street and introduced us to some of the restaurants. I would STRONGLY suggest asking the owner for his advice for places to eat and shop (the wine store is massive and very cheap compared moqted to the prices I pay at home); he really is a hidden gem. Javi was always very responsive via WhatsApp. I was a little nervous reading one of the other reviews but our experience was totally positive and I cannot understand the bases of those comments. Just one thing to be conscious of is the the building is on the side of a hill so there is a minimum of 66 steps to get to the apartment, but really it is not a big deal.

    Javier the owner was very helpful with cases and location and places to eat etc and we would never have found the apartment without his help. The view from the terrace was amazing looking over the bay, beach and restaurants/bars. The terrace had a good sized table and chairs with a mechanical awning to put out in the afternoon when the sun came round. There was adequate air conditioning in the sitting area with the same great views of Llafranc but very warm in the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen were old and both needed replacing although all the appliances were in working condition as was the shower. This is not the place for anyone with walking disabilities as there are 66 steps to get up to the apartment from the harbour and well over 100 steps to get up to the road where you can park your car. Overall we enjoyed our holiday.
