Apartment in historic harbor overlooking the harbor

This was our first trip to RI. The home was old but perfect for that setting. Great location in Bristol walking distance to bars, restaurants and the river. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. If my daughter decides to go the Law School here we will definitely be back.

Communication with owner was great, location is unbeatable, only negative thing I have to say is the rooms & bathroom either need some updating or deep clean, one of the bedrooms headboard had noticeable mold on it as well as the shower, bathroom also had a musky smell to it.

We had a blast staying here. It was so much more fun than staying at the hotel down the road we usually do. We were in town to visit some family. we loved waking up and walking across the st to enjoy our coffee at the park. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Comfortable, delightful experience for a getaway/reunion weekend. Directions and instructions were perfect, apartment was exactly as promised. Loved the ample space and the coziness, so many windows and so much light. Enjoyed the kitchen space to prepare meals and treats. Owner was a delight. Easily walkable to cute downtown. Quiet at night.

The property was in a perfect spot. Close to downtown and the waterfront. Private off street parking. Christy and Dean were amazing, even helped with out bags. It is up a couple of flights of stairs, so maybe not mobility friendly. It was cozy and comfy, would definitely stay again.

This apartment is very old but super clean very quiet, private, well heated (it’s cold outside), freshly painted, nicely furnished. It is a three story walk-up but we are ok with that…keeps us young.

Location is perfect, on the harbor and a short walk to all that Bristol has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable and bright. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Prospective guests should be aware that there is a climb to the third floor and with the property being a historic house, there is no dishwasher and only a small TV; however, none of that took away from our very enjoyable stay. The bathroom is spacious and the heating system was excellent. Highly recommended - we will be back!

A charming and rustic beach apartment right on the harbor of a quintessential New England town with plenty of food options and easily accessible to both Providence and Newport. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place with views of the water from most of the windows. Note that the unit is up a multi story winding narrow staircase.

Wonderful VRBO in Bristol! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect with walking distance to water, restaurants and shops. The view from the third floor was great overlooking the water and boats. We would definitely go back!

Great location near cute shops and restaurants in Bristol. Rental was great - comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely stay here again the next 5 years as daughter is going to college here.

The host was welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was charming with a great view of the water. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the trip and would stay here again!

This was the perfect stay! We loved the apartment and it was in a very convenient location near the bay, shops, bars and restaurants. Kitchen was adorable, and beds, although a bit squeaky, were very comfortable. Host was very attentive to our needs and questions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Christie’s apartment on Church Street. Christie was so easy to get in touch with. The accommodations were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. Just as pictured in the details. The location was perfect. We had a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was just a few minutes down the road. Loved being so close to the water and having a view .i would love stay again if we were in the area.

Bristol is such a gorgeous seaside town, and your property is an absolute 10! It just doesn’t get any better than your spot.

We were visiting Bristol for a wedding and needed a place for 4 adults and our 4-month-old. There was plenty of space for all adults and a pack-and-play. Christie was super responsive and made check-in & -out a breeze. The apartment was exactly as pictured and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for my daughter's wedding at the Inn. Water view and walking distance to everything - coffee shops, pubs, shops, etc. I wish I could have stayed longer! Easy check in, roomy, clean apartment, and very responsive and helpful host - would definitely recommend!

Charming, historic property. Room was cosy. Enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the shower needs a cleaning and the first bedroom could use an armoire to hang up clothes.

Husband and I stayed for graduation weekend and it was perfect. Clean, quaint apartment on the third floor that is in a great location to RWU, downtown restaurants/shops, Harbor Walk and Colts State Park. Communication was exceptional, would stay again.

We had a great weekend visiting our daughter at RWU. The apartment is centrally located and exactly as described on VRBO. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions quickly.

The apartment is even better than the photos show! Very charming, comfy, immaculate, with nice amenities. Christy, the hostess, was very generous, helpful as needed, & easy to communicate with. For anyone wanting to enjoy Bristol on foot, the location couldn't be better. Nice neighborhood. We'd stay there again, & recommend it highly.

Great 3rd floor space of historical home in downtown Bristol. Walking to everything and right on the water!! Nice kitchen and bath and great 2 beds. Perfect 2 nights away. Highly recommend!

This was a great little place for us visiting our daughter at RWU. Conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor, which wasn’t a problem for us. It was very quiet. I also loved the price. We come down frequently so always looking for a nice affordable place to stay. Thanks for hosting us. We hope to stay here again.
