Easy access to restaurants and shopping . Clean and nicely decorated. Apartment has everything we needed for a relaxing Stay.

Best check-in ever using code I designed and could remember. The Apartment was stylish and with a kitchen, packed with amenities, including, but not limited to, three types of coffee makers. I am not a coffee drinker, but there was also a box of teas of various types generously available for my use! As I make my own breakfasts and salads and steamed vegetables for my special diet, I found this apartment unusually well equipped compared to other places I have stayed in the past. The kitchen was a functional kitchen, with everything from peelers, sharp knives, two cutting boards, and an actual spice rack instead of salt and pepper, which in my experience is rare! The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was full of details that made it pleasant , including lights that dimmed. And a bathroom sink large enough for my wife and I to both brush out teeth at the same time, and at least twice as many soft towels as we could possibly use! The owners (or managers?) of this apartment responded quickly and politely when I had questions, making the experience warm and pleasant. I have only the kindest things to say about my experience. I would be very happy to return here for a future visit.

Fabulous location. I love the keyless entry. Communication with host was easy, and although I didn’t need to contact her, I think I would have received a rapid response. Beautiful building, and the apartment was spacious. There is a slight shabbiness to the living room. Overall, a very good stay.

Great location, the property has signs of wear and tear, the tub area suffers mildewed grout. the towel bar hanging off the wall. The listing says washer and dryer, should say the units are in the basement and you have to pay to use them. OK for the price.

What a wonderful experience! Our weekend stay here was perfection. The apartment was clean, bright and airy and location was supreme. We pulled in Friday before lunch and didn’t have to start the car until Sunday when we left. Walking to all the shops and restaurants was exactly what we wanted to do. Communication with Fabrice was clear and easy as well. We went with another couple and we all agreed we would like to return here for another stay.wouldn’t change a thing!

The Jenkins House was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and more spacious than it looks in photos. Lots of character as well. Very well equipped, with a good kitchen. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had, getting back to me within minutes. The property is in the heart of downtown Hudson and walkable to most everything. Plenty of shopping and dining options within a couple of blocks, lots lots more within half a mile. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This was our first trip via Amtrak and not renting a car at our destination. The apartment in Hudson was so spacious, beautifully decorated and right on the main drag so walking to everything was easy. Just a great experience with both the apartment and Hudson itself. I would highly recommend the Antiques Warehouse - the best selection I've ever seen and so artfully displayed. Also spent a few hours walking and enjoying the waterfront and the 'alleys' in town.

This place was very clean, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed. I love the front windows are on main street looking out! We were there for a wedding and it happened to be with the winter walk! Thank you Fabrice!

Lovely home in a central location! Fabrice's place was perfect for our weekend in Hudson. Fully set with everything we needed, easy parking, great communication. Comfy bed and cozy blankets. We could walk everywhere we wanted to be from morning fresh pastries to fabulous dinners out. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Hudson - the perfect home away from home!

The Thomas Jenkins House was immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s very well located in downtown Hudson with shops, restaurants and just about anything else you might need a short walk away. Fabrice is a very considerate and attentive host. He responds immediately to any question or request but otherwise leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. My husband and I are already planning our next visit.

The place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s located in a nice neighborhood. It’s within walking distance to many places. We had a small concern while there. When we called the landlord, it was addressed immediately! I will make this place a favorite on Vrbo. When I go back to Hudson, I will check to see if it’s available again.

The place was immaculate. My brother stayed there. He complains about everything. He loved it and his very picky self found everything perfect.

We were looking for a convenient, easy home base and this was a great fit. Fabrice was quick to answer questions and the home was very well appointed. I hope to have a reason to return to Hudson soon!

We stayed there for our 45th anniversary trip and had never been to Hudson. This place was absolutely perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere so location was amazing. The apartment itself was bright and clean. The kitchen very well supplied and plenty of towels. We’d highly recommend!

This was an excellent 1-week vacation in Hudson, New York. The rental property is on lower Warren Street-the equivalent of Main Street in any other city. It was within easy walking distance of food, beverages and shopping - - - although few, if any, coffee shops open until 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. The Jenkins home exudes the spirit of the early founding of the city and is comfortable and relaxing. The landlord/manager was readily available to resolve a minor check-in glitch.

Apartment was very nice. Entry was easy. Host had cold water for us. Neighborhood was beautiful. Parking was a bit limited and confused as to where we could and could not park. Obviously not really the host's fault

We enjoyed our stay at the historic Thomas Jenkins home. The location was perfect, handy to restaurants and shops and an easy drive to tourist attractions in the area. The bed was comfy, linens and towels were amazing and there was coffee, tea and waters left for our use which was much appreciated. The apartment was quiet despite being on the second of three floors. Parking was easily available on the street in front of the house. We would happily stay again upon a return visit to Hudson.

This apartment is in a perfect location, both in town and within the Hudson area. The owner has equipped it with everything that you could need, and he is extremely responsive. We were comfortable and pleased with our stay.

We were looking for a rental near a wedding in Catskill and found this lovely apartment. The proprietor was very responsive and accessing the unit was easy and no-fuss. All the details inside are lovingly selected and the unit is very well-maintained. The towels were fluffy and the sheets were soft -- we slept so well! Hudson itself and the surrounding area is SO charming. We found several delightful things to do at and in between wedding events, including dining at Feast & Floret (downtown Hudson), exploring Art Omi (about 20 minutes from downtown Hudson), walking the trail around Lake Taghkanic (about 1/2 hour drive outside Hudson), and taking an amazing barrel tour and tasting at Hillrock distillery (near Lake Taghkanic). Other highlights included fantastic coffee and pastries in downtown coffee bars and an amazing drop-in morning Yoga session at Sadhana Yoga on our way out of town. Hudson was easy to get to on the train from New York, just a two hour ride. Highly, highly recommended for a peaceful getaway vacation!

Very nice property, large open living area and kitchen, and beautiful historic furniture. The location is great and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Hudson. Property manager lives on site and is very responsive. We will stay here again when we come back into Hudson.
