Stayed Aug 23, 2025The location: great. Fifteen steps to the beach! The unit: shabby (and tiny!). Screen door kept coming off track, mattress was lumpy, chair upholstery flaking, shower ancient. However, everything in the kitchen, and the TV, worked.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We checked in but left immediately to check into a hotel. The pictures and reviews were misleading. The interior was older which was fine, but it was dirty. The bed was the worst part in that it was listing at an angle. We tried to adjust but was worse when I got a closer look at the mattress. The sheets dingy and worn and did not appear to be changed…there was hair on the pillow. We have used VRBO in the past and never had an issue like this.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Can’t beat the location, but for the price the place is outdated, the microwave plate was dirty, the coffee mugs were put away dirty, and the outside was cluttered with multiple tv’s or computer screens (couldn’t tell which), and a rock hoarding situation on the porch that was unappealing.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023It is the perfect location, especially getting off of the ferry, you can walk everywhere. The deck looking at the water was our favorite. Its an older property on the water so there is some musty smells which is to be expected. Size is perfect for 2 people.
